Basic facilities but sufficient. Very helpful staff. Breakfasts are slightly better than other budget hotels. Pleasant bar, with big screen and happy hour! Evening meals are basic but cheap. This place grows on you. The lack of wardrobe or clothes hanging facilities is a pain. So is having to rent atowel. Smallest private room is a double, so not the most economic solution to a solo traveller who wants his/her own room.

The room is too small. No hot water,no tv, no telephone, no towel, no hair drier, nothing at all. A boy cried outside your door at midnight. The stay is not worth the price!

The location is excellent, just some 3 minutes walking distance from the train station, and less than 10 minutes walking distance from the center. The price is also an important factor, rather cheap, also including a good breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The "happy hour" option in the bar was surprisingly good, as well as the pool table and the other facilities provided. One drawback might be the noise from the nearby train station. And also the small toilets/shower space.

The reception was fast, efficient--great! The accomodations were very clean and the breakfast bar was good and well-stocked. Everything was 'tip-top'. I had to leave before the two other guests in my room. While I tried to be quiet and only used the smaller lights above the sink and in the loo, I am afraid that I disturbed the other folks. If there were a curtain or door between the entrance/sink/shower area and the sleeping room, I think that would be an improvement. It would be an easy improvement, too!

Cozy rooms, helpful personnel, located in a very convenient place between the 2 train stations of Den Haag, very close to the city centre. There is a tram stop just outside the hostel, making it extremely easy to move around.

The price and the location are alright. They have a nice bar and free w-lan - which is good. And the breakfast is ok, too. The showerhead is built into the wall and has no flexible handle so that it is not practical to use.

The hotel is close to the centre and has a nice terrace. The hotel advertised a double room. Once we booked we received an email saying they didnt have double beds, which was fine but when we arrived we ended up being put in a huge bare room with two bunk beds and our room was in between two rooms full of school children when it was evident that there was room on other floors. The room was ok not great and way overpriced.

The location of the hostel was good(about 5 minutes walk from Den Haag-HS train station and about 15 minutes walk to the center), the neighborhood was quiet and because of that you can enjoy a good sleep. I walked during the night from the center and from the train station and I felt safe, I did not have any problems. Also the staff was more than ok, overall a good experience and I would recommend this hostel. On the negative side there is the price of this hostel that is expensive compared to other major cities in Europe. Taking into account the fact that it is the only hostel in The Hague I can understand their price policy.

The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was also very well-rounded. It was a great deal for 35 euros a night! The bathroom was rather small and the hostel itself was a bit close to the redlight district in the Hague, so it can be troublesome to walk back to it from the centrum at night.

The hostel is really nice, the bathroom and shower were private (for one dorm). There is free breakfast and wi-fi. The hostel is a place where you can meet people from different countries, chat, play fooseball etc. It's near the train station Den Haag hs and rather away from Den Haag Central. They had problems with my reservation and one day I came back from sightseeing and all things I left in the room on my bed were gone :/ but finally they resolved that problem and I got my things back. The wi-fi doesn't work at the 3rd floor in your room. Also I didn't like that through the booking.com you can't choose the male/female/mixed room - you always get the mixed one and that you can't book other meals at the hostel.
