If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children from 3 to 11 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Cities like Knokke, Bruges, Antwerp and Gent are only a stone's throw away and the nature reserve "Het Zwin" is easily attainable, even by foot or by bicycle. To look for fossil shark teeth on the beach is the favourite activity for both tourists and locals.

On request, there is only 1 pet allowed per room and charges are applicable. Please note, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or the restaurant.

Het is zalig om met het zicht en het geruis van de zee wakker te worden. We hebben genoten van een heerlijk ontbijt in een aangename sfeer, gevolgd door een duik in het warme zwembad. Voor ons was het maar 1 dagje er even tussen uit en het heeft ons enorm veel deugd gedaan. |

Gefallen hat uns der schöne Wintergarten und unserer Ausblick beim Frühstück, das freundliche Personal, das Frühstückbuffet mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Ja, und natürlich die Lage direkt an denen Dünen und zum Strand - der Name Strandhotel hält was er verspricht. Die Auswahl und Qualität an Wurst und Käse am Frühstücksbuffet, wobei insgesamt betrachtet das Frühstücksbuffet für holländische Verhältnisse super war. Aber dies sollte man auch in den Niederlanden bei einem 4 Sterne-Hotel so erwarten können. Der Baustil des Hotels als solcher traff nicht so unseren persönlichen Geschmack. |

Wij zijn zeer positief over ons verblijf in dit hotel. Het begon al goed met ruime parkeergelegenheid, waarvoor geen extra kosten werden berekend. Bij binnenkomst werden we opgewacht door vriendelijke bediening, die op eigen initiatief een grotere kamer voor ons hadden geregeld, zodat we wat extra ruimte hadden voor onze dochter van 1,5 jaar. De normale kamers zijn echter ook heel ruim. Op elk moment van de dag kun je terecht in het gezellige restaurant, waar je uitkijkt op duinen. Je zit eigenlijk middenin de duinen! Verder was het ontbijt uitgebreid en smaakvol. |

Die gute Lage am Meer. Freundliches Personal. Als Einzelreisender muss man Doppelzimmer bezahlen inklusive Frühstück für 2 Personen. Meerblick ist sehr eingeschränkt durch Ballustrade der Terrasse und Pfeiler. Keine freie Platzwahl beim Frühstück. |

het vriendelijke onthaal, duidelijk, zonder franjes. Groot pluspunt is dat elke kamer een terras heeft. Goed bereikbaar. Gratis parking op het domein. De enthousiaste bediening in restaurant en bij ontbijt. Er heerst daar een aangename sfeer. We hadden niet begrepen dat de sauna nog extra betalend was... en dat viel dus tegen. Werd gecompenseerd door zwembad en de nabijheid van het strand en zee. |

Es war außerhalb der Saison und nicht mehr viel los. Wir wollten nur mal ein paar Tage abschalten, das hat gut funktioniert. Im Sommer ist die direkte Lage am Strand sicher perfekt. Die Betten sind zu weich. |
