A nice place to get away from a hectic professional life. The atmosphere is relaxed and at the same time everything runs very smoothly in the background. Easy to move around the hotel, the restaurant, the terrace where we enjoyed a nice pre-dinner drink surrounded by the dunes. Food is excellent, elegantly presented. The spa is small, but welcoming and the staff is professional.

perfect combination with Pure C restaurant...relaxed diner and bed closeby with a view on the sea! hotel is ok - but could use an 'upgrade' in design - but nothing wrong with it the basics - everything is available

The restaurant decor and breakfast buffet were lovely. We weren't able to have dinner in the resto as it was fully booked :( Would have appreciated the front desk staff warning us to make a reservation when we checked in. The rooms are very ordinary (cement blocks and poor sound insulation). A couple with 2 dogs were staying next door and we could hear the dogs barking.

The location is great, if you have a seaview room. The staff was not friendly, the rooms ok but not more. No wifi in the rooms. A hotel without a soul.

De pluspunten even op een rij:onmiddellijk aan het strand/duinen, superlekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, combinatiemogelijkheid diner in resto bar pure c, het goede weer, voldoende parkeerplaats aan het hotel, prijs/kwaliteit, vriendelijk personeel heerlijk kopje espresso is super bij het ontbijtbuffet, maar heb heel wat gasten zien zoeken hoe het precies werkt, kleine handleiding in de buurt van de machine kan het kopje koffie beter doen smaken

schitterende locatie en ondanks het feit dat het restaurant Pure C op maandag en dinsdagavond geen menu maakt, kan je er een heerlijke driegangenmenu eten, geserveerd door het hotel voor zijn gasten.

Belangrijkste pluspunt is natuurlijk de schitterende ligging, practisch in de duinen en het gastronomisch menu dat wij gegeten hebben in brasserie "Pure-C".

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer met zeezicht is adembenemend. Het is moeilijk te kunnen dineren in het Strandhotel;er zijn zgn. Tapa's te verkrijgen in de bar van het hotel maar voor het diner in Pure c moet kennelijk een aantal weken tevoren worden gereserveerd.In mijn geval betekende dit in de praktijk dat ik naar Sluis moest rijden voor het diner aangezien de cafetaria-achtige restaurantjes tegenover het Strandhotel mij niet konden verleiden aldaar te gaan eten.

Ik heb vooral genoten van de rust, de gastronomie, het vriendelijk personeel en de mogelijkheden van uitstappen naar Sluis en Knokke, het wandelen en mijn mooie terras. Ik kom zeker terug.Groetjes,Monique Goethals badkamer mag iets groter zijn, eventueel een extra douche en tweede lavabo

Combinatie met Pure-C en de lokatie (strand-duinen) hebben onze keuze bepaald. De moderne look van de kamers, de netheid en het verzorgde ontbijt verdienen een excellent. We komen zeker terug

Door de gratis upgrade van kamer met landzicht naar kamer met zeezciht konden wij genieten van het fantastische uitzicht op de duinen, de rust, gewoon even buiten op het terras en genieten maar.

Pure c is een aanwinst voor dit hotel. Over de badkamer was ik erg te spreken; de inrichting van de hotelkamer zelf vond ik nogal sfeerloos. Wel netjes en modern, maar het deed enigszins kil aan.
