If this is a 4 star hotel I ll eat my shoe. Reception and all facilities close at 23.00. Room service til 22.00. if you want a coffee on your room, you ll end up paying 3 euros for a tasteless coffee that you ll have to pick up in the bowling alley. this is a family resort - not a four star hotel. I ve spend countless nights in hotels and have experienced hotels with a low service standard, but they didnt have 4 stars either. I regret having spend my money here - for only 40 euros more we would have been at one of the finest estates in the area!!

Very good location, very friendly staff, fair prices for internet and parking. Wireless internet was ok and also the breakfast The hotel is quite old, the carpet looked dirty everywhere. In the morning you had to wait 5 minutes for the very slow elevators - very annoying if you staid at a higher floor.

Rooms are OK includes a small kitchen. The hotel stay also includes tickets for "Aqua Mondo" water-fun park which is located 200 meters away from the hotel. Except "aqua mondo", everything cost extra such as parking, breakfast, internet and so on. Hotel Restaurant close early instead we have to visit the Center Parks "Dome" 200 meters away where food are too expensive, and not so good, bad value for money rate.

we liked its very relaxed and casual ambience. The location was fantastic just a short walk from the station and town. Its public transport links are fantastic. Our accommodation was very adequate and clean even though we had a standard room. Best of all, was the fabulous views from our window. We will definitely return.

Nothing fancy, nothing special. The hotel delivers what it offers: a hotelroom. The adjacent Center Parcs offers ample opportunity to entertain kids: playrooms, swimming pool... The beach and the North Sea are just minutes away.

We had need for some salt to spice. But the reataurant was closed and the ba tender told us he has none. I even wanted to pay, In my opinion is a Tequila served with salt and lemon. So where was the problem

Great service! The hotel charged for wi-fi internet connection - and it didn't work! I lived on the 1st floor, and still there was no signal. In 2011, internet should be complimentary at a hotel of this class!

Nice view from a window - Nord sea! Very clean and confortable room. Kitchen inside a room. The train station is within walking distance. Amsterdam and other big towns are easy to reach by train or car. Free access to the water park. Still I dont like that only under 2 years children are free of charge and there is not free wifi, cheking out is too early (10.30).

Comfortable (if rather dated) rooms; close to beach; not far from train station, which has twice-hourly trains to Amsterdam and Haarlem; good restaurants nearby. Not the prettiest of hotels or resort - grey concrete everywhere! Hotel restaurant was over-priced and did not offer good value for money.
