The buffet breakfast, the water park and the views from the room. And the very useful kitchenette, fully equipped.

Worn-down

We were there to visit Amsterdam but it's Ideal for summer time since the beach is a stone throw away.

Breakfast starts too late and could be cheaper. They also need one complete bed not two twins put together that keep shifting apart.

Hotel is not offering breakfast earlier than 8:00. We had to leave at 07:45. No refund of prepaid breakfast rate offered. Never ever experienced something like this in any other hotel in the world.

The location was excellent, with the rooms having a beach view. The cooking facilities were great too.

The rooms were spacious and ideally suited for a beach holiday. The small but convenient separate kitchen area and bathroom and toilet were in the entrance hall to the room and could be well closed off from the sleeping area. The beach is close by and there is wonderful space to walk, swim and enjoy the sea side whilst sitting in one of the plenty "beach"houses.

* Attention: payment upfront!! They have had "bad" experiences and now all hotel guests will have to pay their bill in full upon arrival at the hotel!! The hotel is old and so are the slow elevators. The playing area is tiny & dark and not suited for children under 5; the picture shown on internet is of the inhouse "mini-golf. The center parcs aquamundo too is small and in dire need of some modernization. Breakfast starts only at 8 am and not a minute earlier. All facilities open late (swimming pool at 10am). These are serious inconveniences when having to deal with little children. Room is perfectly clean upon arrival but cleaning during stay is very late and not really good. Staff is professional but not really friendly.

It was not very clear where the Center Park is, as this was our first visit, at the end we didn't go to swim at all...maybe would be helpful to get more information, how far to walk etc...

Staff, quaility of rooms, breakfast was very exspensive and started late at 8am every day

Within walking distance of Zandvoort circuit,which was the reason for staying.

The receptionist, Bettina could have been a lot more friendly and smiling wouid have helped.

The buffet for breakfast was extensive. The hotel room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was also great.

There was no soap provided in the toilet room and only a shower gel in the bathroom - no shampoos etc. There was a kettle provided but no tea or coffee. As the hotel was very expensive, I feel these little extras should have been provided. Also our bedroom was not cleaned after our first night there and I had to go to reception to ask for clean towels.

Have stayed here before. Great room, comfortable bed. Kitchen very useful!
