The location was good. We were very dissappointed with the hotel, which we would consider a budget hostel at best. We had to make 3 phone calls to be allowed into the building as the reception was not attended, even though we booked online and advised our arrival time which was at the reasonable hour of 5:30pm. Our room was not clean, there were used toiletries and a dirty ashtray standing around and the bathroom smelled awful. The worst was the communal kitchen/breakfast area, which was plain filthy with dirty sheets and all sorts of general rubbish lying around in every imaginable spot. Management and the staff were friendly, however this does not make up for the state of the place. Not recommended to anyone, particularly given the price we paid. |

It's very cozy hotel, you can cook your own food, it's location it's great it is quiet but very close to the Red Light District. Staff is very helpful, and nice people. |

Хорошее местоположение - в центре, но на тихой улице. Большой номер, вид на канал, очень умеренные цены. Правда, вместо обещаных 90 евро за 2 дня взяли 97.50. Но впечатления это не испортило. Поставить чайник в каждый номер, а то с 3-го этажа на 1-й за чаем лишний раз не пойдешь. |

Отель отлично расположен, близко к кварталу красных фонарей, и при этом очень тихое место. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал, есть кухня. из минусов- нет уборки в номере... Excellent hotel staff. Location was realy good, near the Red Light distrikt |

Posizione stupenda, a 2 minuti a piedi da piazza Dam. Economico, sufficientemente pulito, cucina a disposizione degli ospiti, se chiedi hanno anche le bici. Meglio fare un colpo di telefono per garantirsi che abbiano visto la prenotazione... :) |

Vriendelijk personeel, aanbod koffie/thee met stroopwafels voor ons en onze gasten bij aankomst. Onze koffer werd naar boven gedragen (zie punt hieronder). 1. Het was niet duidelijk welk telefoonnr we moesten bellen indien de deur bij aankomst niet geopend werd. Op het briefje stond een telefoonnr maar dat was niet het juiste nr. Het juiste nummer stond op een naamplaatje schuin ernaast. Het tel.nr. op het briefje schepte dus verwarring. 2. Ondanks mijn verzoek om, indien geen lift aanwezig, ons een kamer op een lage etage te geven, is dit niet gehonoreerd. De reden was zeer aannemelijk: andere gasten waren ouder en hadden een slechtere gezondheid / conditie. Onze kamer lag op de 2e verdieping, te bereiken via een smalle steile wenteltrap. Niet geschikt voor iedereen. |

Το ότι είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και έχει πολλά να δεις σε περπατήσιμη απόσταση. Δεν είχαμε δεύτερο κλειδί για το δωμάτιο, η θέα ήταν σε τοίχο, καθαριότητα όταν τη ζητήσαμε την τρίτη μέρα και κοινόχρηστο ψυγείο στην κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα. |
