The hotel is beautiful, staying at the Suitehotel Pincoffs was a unique experience. From the very first moment I loved the nicely decorated, luxurious room that was comfortable, very clean and had all we needed. If you like the personal touch then this is defintely the place to stay.

If you stay during the weekend, you should remind the staff about free glass of Pink Fizz for guests staying on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. They have this information on the booking.com website, but they seem not to be aware of this. After we reminded them, everything was ok. The staff happily served it to us. So no big issue.

A bigger table in the room would be practical

the beautiful building, the personal attention, the professional care, the view of the city, easy access to interesting places, and all this in combination with a very nice and attractive room and very professional personnel with a personal touch.

Sympathetic restoration of building. Very friendly and helpful service from all Hotel Staff. Comfortable an impeccably clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, good mix of 'old' and 'new' style. I very much liked the room, dark wood, nice bathroom and shower, very clean, nice style, very good and attentive personal which is not very common in the Netherlands and definately was a plus. Location is not super central but I liked the area and the 'harbour charme' of it. Overall a very nice hotel experience and I would stay there again

Wireless internet did not work on my laptop, room was a bit cold upon arrival, working pc downstairs for guests was slow, ordered a tea and glas was only half-full with hot water

The style and the concept

Everything was good. Friendly efficient staff, good room, good bathroom, good breakfast.

As a small hotel, it has a nice unique atmosphere. It is very wel designed, and the layout is good. The bar area is very nice and relaxing. Breakfast as actually served, and very good. All in all, Not cheap, but good value.

I liked the rooms, though not sure if having bed and bath on different floors is always my choice.

The staff & the hotel itself

It is an excellent hotel, very modern and unusually quirky. All facilities were excellent and so was the food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We came to rotterdam to see michael buble at the ahoy, so we chose the suitehotel pincoffs for the location. We didnt think we would find such a fabulous hotel so close to this and easy access to the city. Our suite had everything we wanted for our 2 night stay. The staff were excellent and catered for all our needs with a smile. Excellent place will stay again if ever in holland. Thank you for making this an unforgetable romantic trip. Buble was good aswell. Xx

I liked the way that every member of staff made us feel welcome and they all appeared happy to see you. We stayed in one of the smallest rooms yet it was well equipped. The hotel is close to the city centre yet in a very quite location.

Ontvangst, super kamer, uitermate vriendelijk bediening in bar en bij ontbijt... Hier kom ik zeker terug!

de bediening erg vriendelijk ! super ontvangst. Mooie kamers en prachtig uitzicht. ontbijt super uitgebreid en goede bediening. Zo fantastisch zijn er maar weinig hotels te vinden in Nederland

Prettig kleinschalig bijzonder ingericht hotel tussen de grote hotels in centrum van Rotterdam. Hierdoor nog persoonlijke en ontspannen atmosphere.

Ontbijt zaal was 'te modern' met de ondoorzichtige plastic stoeltjes die voor geen meter zaten (tegenspraak met het groene image die hotel wilde uitstralen)en het ontbijt was iets te eenvoudig voor de rest van het verblijf.

Goeie locatie. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst.

Wij hebben genoten van het hotel, de sfeer, de heerlijke bedden, het lekkere biologische ontbijt en het vriendelijke personeel! Ook de rondleiding de volgende ochtend door het hotel was heel leuk! Zo kregen we een indruk van de andere kamers en kunnen het van harte aanbevelen!

Helaas is er geen bad in kamer 7. En ook de inrichting van deze kamer is wat minder waardoor wij dus een volgende keer zullen kiezen voor een andere kamer!

La struttura e l'arredamento molto cool. Bellissime la camera ampia e gli spazi comuni, in particolare la luminosa sala x la colazione affacciata sul porto. Apprezzato anche il fatto che le camere siano poche!

come sempre il riscaldamento ad aria è un po' rumoroso... e potrebbero comprare piumini Ikea in vera piuma invece che sintetici!!!
