excellent location there was little damage. Staff insisted on paying cash instead of arranging insurance. Very impolite and persistent receptionist. this is where real hospitality is showing its weakest point. |

The design is fantastic in this hotel. I loved the fact that it was placed right by the harbour and close to the city centre. Free parking in front. I had booked the cheapest room, and it was small and a bit claustrofobic. But it was all beautiful in design. Breakfast was too expensive, so I avoided. It was 17 Euro I think. |

This hotel is great! Room was cozy and clean. We could see the beautiful night view on the bank from the window. Location is not so ideal for sightseeing,but metro/tram stop is just 5 min walk from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Value for the price is fantastic. I'd like to stay this hotel when I will go to Rotterdam again. |

The private character of the hotel. You are a guest but also an invitee. The building next to the hotel is an ugly flat where people are living in appartments. Quiete a difference between the two buildings. |

Het hotel is kleinschallig, maar dat maakt het zeer persoonlijk. Prachtige kamers en de badkamer is ook een juweeltje. Modern gecombineerd met de oudheid van het gebouw, maakt het verblijf aangenaam en romantisch. Heerlijk ontbijt en de bedden slapen goed. Personeel is zeer aardig en staat meteen voor je klaar als dit nodig is. Kortom, we gaan zeker nog een keer slapen in dit suitehotel. De temperatuur op de bovenverdieping was hoog ondanks dat we de kachel hadden uitgezet. |

Ontvangst en behandeling prima door voorkomend en vriendelijk pesoneel/eigenaar(s). Fraaie slaapkamer met uitstekend bed en schone badkamer. Fris design, keurig begeleid bij aankomst. |

De persoonlijke aandacht (en uitleg over de historie) van het hotel management komt zeer vriendelijk over. Daarnaast ademt het hotel de sfeer van de haven...geeft gevoel voor haar geschiedenis. Verder uitstekende service, kortom als oud-rotterdamer kwalificeer ik dit hotel als een van de mooiste hotels in Rotterdam! |

Netter Service, gut ausgestattete Zimmer (I-Pod Docking Station vorhanden), DVD Player vorhanden, schönes Bad, super designte Bar und Frühstücksraum Hotel liegt leider nicht besonders zentral. |

De sfeer was erg goed, heel mooi ingericht. Super opgeknapt hotel. Wij hadden een zolderkamer en daar kon je niet uit het raampje kijken, voordat je op een stoel ging staan. Het was er wat aan de donkere kant. |
