Det var meget rene værelser. Hotelpersonalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. At morgenmaden var så dyr. |

the location was excellent in Dam square. The staff handled the change in reservation effecientely The room description said Premium and talked abut being spacious. The room was not spacious |

The outside temp was very hot but the hotel had fantastic air conditioning - a real plus. My room was large and comfortable. The free internet set up in the business area worked well and was convenient. Although it states the rooms are sound proofed, this is not true and I was fortunate to have brought ear plugs to block out noise from late night revellers and early morning builders redoing the outside pavement (at 7am on two mornings!). |

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Good for business travellers - there is a free internet room with printing. Service was good. It is very close to centraal station and tram stops. Close to lots of place to see and eat at. The walls were a bit thin - we could hear other guests 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed there. The first time I phoned reception to see if they could ask the people to quieten down, but they seemed pretty dis-interested. Everything else was quite good |

the hotel was as i expected when i booked it. Excelent location for city trip, the room and bathroom was clean. I recommend this hotel If you are a person who wants to stay at a hotel only for sleeping, this is a good one but expensive for that purpose. For other purposes like businnes is very good. Thats my opinion, but in general is a good hotel |

The reception staff didnt acknowledge our presence for a good 10 minutes, even though there were staff members floating around.The client ahead of us was offered a cold towel for each of the party but nothing of the sort was offered to us.In a hotel that was rated 4 star you would expect consistancy to be one of the basics. |

Very comfortable hotel with good facilities and very helpful staff. The room was ideal,and when we ran out of coffee pods the hotel staff were quick to give us more. Ideally located,close to everything without being in the heart of all the noise. really enjoyed our stay. |

Great location in centre of city, easy walk to most attractions. Good hotel, friendly staff. Serviced by airport shuttle bus. Comfortable rooms although some look onto side of another building. Free i-net in business centre. View from room. Also room was hot for sleeping so took the cover off the Duvee. The Duvee was very badly stained with various bodily fluids! Housekeeping were quick to change it in the morning once I told them. |

The location was excellent as it was easily accessible to the station as well as the points from where the tours started. The hotel staff was particularly very warm and helpful which is a major plus point of the hotel. All at the concierge desk were very helpful and Ms. Cindy in particular is a spectacular lady who had solutions for every enquiry made by us. I did not like the pricing policy ie. the rate fluctuations. I think there should be a standard rate for the amount of days booked in the hotel. For eg. if a visitor books for 4 days, there should be one rate for all four days. |

It´s really well situated, just a few minutes to all great monuments, shopping-centers, etc., the room was really clean and modern. When we arrived they where overbooked so that we had to go to another hotel for the first night, although we booked the hotel 2 months before. The room was nice but it was on the first floor so we had the feeling to be nearly on the road. For the same reason we couldn´t /or didn´t want to open the windows, that where protected by iron bars. So, it felt a bit like in prison. If you have the possibility, don´t take the first floor! |
