Ein modernes, komfortables Hotel, trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Ein wirklich grosses Bett!! Der Frühstückspreis von 20,- Euro. |

Zentrale Lage W-Lan Zugang sollte meiner Meinung nach kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Sogar Mc Donalds bitet den Zukang Gratis an... War im Swissôtel leider nicht so. Wird für mich in Zukunft ein Kriterium sein von dem ich eine Buchung abhängig mache... |

Sehr nahe gelegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Amsterdams und sehr freundliches Personal! 20€ fürs Frühstück sind schon ein bißchen übertrieben ansonsten war ich ganz zufrieden! Für Liebespaare ist es nicht so geeignet, da das Bett nicht all zu bequem ist.. |

die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum Amsterdams ist optimal, die Mitarbeiter an der Reception sehr freundlich und behilflich bei allen Vormerkungen die Klimaanlage im Innenhof ist zu laut und auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören, das Frühstück zu teuer |

Welcoming and professional staff, central location, clean and very comfortable hotel. Not a critisiscm but rather noisy at times due to the funfair being in situ during our stay. However was not a strong inconvenience. |

Excellent location in city center on the Dam. Right next to the Royal Palace and major department store. Near Central Station. Reception staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Good heating and air conditioning. Big, comfortable bed. Small but adequate fitness center. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Very nice Reception desk personnel. Horrible dirty bathroom with rust spots in the sink, not worthy of being a Swissotel bathroom! I was shocked. Room looked into the wall of the building next door where they were drilling and installing new ceilings all day long. No view at all. I did have a standard room, but this was still not expected. Dull navy blue decor like early '90s Swiss Air airline colors; a but depressing. Hallways and doors have that cheap industrial plastic feel like a cheap hotel or hospital. White plasticky looking hallways and lobby. granted this I common in Holland, but this is meant to be a four star boutique hotelInterior design is dated, used and has no character. Needs a redo, as it does not live up to Swissotel standards in other cities I have visited |

Everything about our stay was excellent.The staff were more than helpfull and pleasant in every way.Beds were very comfortable and food was great.It is in a perfect location right out side a Tram stop and very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. |

Central location and closeness to Central Station. Comfortable bedroom, coffee-making faciulities and well-functioning air-conditioning system. Street noise not an issue. Pleasant decor and internet facilities. Limited space in reception area. Seating limited to some occasional chairs in passage between reception and bar. Seating in bar appeared to be in place for drinking/eating only. |

Great location, the front staff was very helpful, curteous and friendly. The price of the breakfast was way overpriced. Twenty euros for very little breakfast was too much to expect. I would recommend the hotel, but not the restaurant attached to it. The evening waiters were very rude. |

THe locatation was fabulous a walking distance to everything the hotel is not extravigant but perfect for a short city break the rooms were very very comfortable Only that it deosnt have a proper guest bar that you can sit at at the end of an evening |

perfect location.5 min walk to every where , terrible staff. we paid a lot of money but the staff were not polite. we checked in at hotel in the middle of the night at 11,30 , and while checking out we asked for a late check out possibility ( it was monday and the receptionist said that the hotel is empty so late check out is possible but had to ask the manager ) and the manager wanted extra money for a 2 hour late check out and it was very rude. |

Location cannot be any better, excellent housekeeping speed and correspondence. Not very clean, dirty curtains, carpet flooring that doesnt look clean nor highly maintained, housekeeping staff smells! |

The hotel room is comfortable. If you order anything in your room, they do it immediatly. There is no WiFi in the room, you should visit their business centre. |
