E' veramente centrale, un buon punto di partenza

E' bruttino per essere 4 stelle, oltre che caro

La ottima collocazione dell'hotel, la professionalità e cortesia dello staff, la sicurezza

la centralità dell hotel sopratutto la vicinanza alla stazione dove si arriva con il treno dall aeroporto...è su piazza dam, la piazza centrale, da cui partono poi tutte le altre strade per i vari quartieri della città

L albergo è un 4 stelle ma personalmente ne attribuirei 3...tolta la centralità ho visto alberghi molto più belli...ok è centrale ma siamo sempre in zona stazione , Amsterdam non è grande ed il centro è tutto collegato (consiglio piazza rembrand molto carina)

Pulito, confortevole e in posizione ideale, vicino a tutto. Fermata tram davanti all'hotel e noleggio biciclette a due passi. Personale gentile e disponibile

un po' di rumore dai condizionatori posti all'esterno. prezzo colazione (non inclusa) elevato

the only thing that i did not like about the hotel was it did not have a car park,think they should have a deal with the car parking service across the road.

The location of the hotel is excellent mainly because it is very close to the train station and mid-center. But if you prefer a hotel which is nearby the canals, I recommend you to search for an hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to shopping district, train station etc.

The location was perfect for our first trip to Amsterdam. The hotel was great. Arriving by car, valet parking was convenient and good value.

Excellent location in city center on the Dam. Right next to the Royal Palace and major department store. Near Central Station. Reception staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Good heating and air conditioning. Big, comfortable bed. Small but adequate fitness center. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Very nice Reception desk personnel.

Horrible dirty bathroom with rust spots in the sink, not worthy of being a Swissotel bathroom! I was shocked. Room looked into the wall of the building next door where they were drilling and installing new ceilings all day long. No view at all. I did have a standard room, but this was still not expected. Dull navy blue decor like early '90s Swiss Air airline colors; a but depressing. Hallways and doors have that cheap industrial plastic feel like a cheap hotel or hospital. White plasticky looking hallways and lobby. granted this I common in Holland, but this is meant to be a four star boutique hotelInterior design is dated, used and has no character. Needs a redo, as it does not live up to Swissotel standards in other cities I have visited
