スタッフの方がとても親切でした。レストランの予約をしていただいたり、お願いごとにも丁寧に対応してもらいました。ホテルのロケーションが本当にすばらしいです。目の前と裏がトラムの駅で、ほぼすべてといってもいいくらいのトラムがどちらかを通る為、ここを活動の拠点にして大正解でした。コンビニがすぐそば、スーパーも近くにあり大変便利でした。お部屋も大通りの反対側だったのでとても静かで快適でした。（表通り側だとうるさかったのかもしれません） エレベーターがあるので本当に便利でした。他のエレベーターのないホテルと最後まで迷っていましたが、アムスの急な階段を目の当たりにしたら、エレベーターつきホテルにして本当によかったと思いました。部屋はやはり狭いです。 クッションカバーやお部屋の椅子が汚れていたのが多少気になりました。部屋の扉の鍵が閉まりにくかったのも少し気になりました。（鍵はかかりましたが）窓からの景色は隣の建物の壁しか見えない部屋でしたが、静かでこの便利なロケーションなら仕方ないと思います。お部屋に歯ブラシ＆歯磨きがないこと、シャンプーだけでコンディショナーがないことは残念でした。 |

The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful - they were the best thing about the hotel. The location was central and close to Centraal Station for the train to Schiphol. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel didn't charge for use of their computers in the business centre. The bathroom had mould on the grout. The bathroom was small and I couldn't find an extractor fan so after a shower it was like a sauna. For what it was, I thought it was a bit expensive, especially as the room was so small. |
