The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful - they were the best thing about the hotel. The location was central and close to Centraal Station for the train to Schiphol. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel didn't charge for use of their computers in the business centre. The bathroom had mould on the grout. The bathroom was small and I couldn't find an extractor fan so after a shower it was like a sauna. For what it was, I thought it was a bit expensive, especially as the room was so small. |

I got engaged in their Hotel Way too expensive for a very basic service. I was advised I could pay with mmy card on booking in, but could on checking out. |
