Se ovan! Hotellfrukosten a 20 euro ingick inte I rumspriset- är värd detta om man lyckas få I sig den engelska delen omelett, prinskorv, beans osv samt också det kallskurna + frukten o kaffet. Oftast äter man lite flingor o yogurt ngn smörgås te/kaffe o lite juice. Det var en dörr I rummet I till angränsande rum ....I och med detta hördes det väl vad som pågick. |

Excellent central location. Standard room was pleasantly big and comfortable. Deco was also nice & modern. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at this hotel. |

Very noisy poorly oriented room. I would never send anybody to such a miserable hotel. If you can get me a good discount I would appreciate!!! |

Excellent central location. Staff in reception very helpfull. Great king size bed and coffe espresso machine in room. Quite room (to the yard) Not a big problem but could hear people talking in near room through air vents. |

Located about four-five blocks from Amsterdam Central Station, you are in the heart of Amsterdam and can walk to anywhere you want to be in a matter of minutes. |

Location, cleanliness, efficiency of staff, help from reception with booking resteraunt, tickets ect. Even though my wife and I like to be out late and are not early risers the room was always made up on our return with no indication that it was an inconvenience to the hotel staff even though it probably was. |

Location is excelent for those who are looking for shopping and adventures. I found it a little bit too close to the red light district if you know what I mean. I'll look for a quiter place next time. |

Comfortable and good sized rooms. Extremely centrally located in Dam Square with the shopping roads right behind the hotel, the red light district round the corner and with restaurants from 2 minutes to 30mins depending how much one wishes to walk. For those who wish to use the train and spend way less than a taxi, central station is only 5 mins away. I paid Euro 20 per hour extra to keep the room after noon on the last day and i expected the room to be cleaned up or at least the towels changed and soaps replaced. otherwise, nothing else. |

My complaint about the sheets on arrival was dealt with immediatelly which was great. The staff were extremely friendly and offered a lot of assistance. The maid that changed the sheets was not that pleasant though. The reception staff were great and upgraded my room on arrival.I would definitely stay at the hotel again next time I am in Amsterdam, which could be quite soon. |

Staff was very helpfull: they gave a tourist map of Amsterdam without us asking for it and offered to lent an umbrella because it was raining. Such behaviour is giving you a warm welcome ... |

The staff was competent,friendly and courteous. The hotel could use some updating. It was very 1980's in decor. This was not a very good time for decorators, as the basic tenet seems to have been utilitarian, function over style and flair. It seems like a dated 2 star hotel compared to most 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in. |

100m to Dam. This is the only thing i really liked about it. I sleep a lot, and i expect from a 250 Eur/night hotel a lot of confort and privicy. 1. They say that they had soundproof windows wich is true just that it's 50 years soundproof windows. Noise is comming from outside. 2. No isolation at all (paper walls).3 House keeping awaked me every day just to ask me if i want cleaning ( by room phone ). You cant have any privasy at this hotel . |

The location is fantastic and in center of everything and rooms were clean Wireless internet was very expensive although business center internet was for free.. |

Central for everything. Bathroom best I have seen - Junior Suite. Housekeeper in the evening was excellent. Little bars of Toblerone a nice touch. Minor points, A.C. not powerful, room warm even in mid December. Trams ringing their bells from early morning, but that is Amsterdam. |
