Hotellfrukosten a 20 euro ingick inte I rumspriset- är värd detta om man lyckas få I sig den engelska delen omelett, prinskorv, beans osv samt också det kallskurna + frukten o kaffet. Oftast äter man lite flingor o yogurt ngn smörgås te/kaffe o lite juice. Det var en dörr I rummet I till angränsande rum ....I och med detta hördes det väl vad som pågick.

Excellent location in city center on the Dam. Right next to the Royal Palace and major department store. Near Central Station. Reception staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Good heating and air conditioning. Big, comfortable bed. Small but adequate fitness center. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Very nice Reception desk personnel.

Horrible dirty bathroom with rust spots in the sink, not worthy of being a Swissotel bathroom! I was shocked. Room looked into the wall of the building next door where they were drilling and installing new ceilings all day long. No view at all. I did have a standard room, but this was still not expected. Dull navy blue decor like early '90s Swiss Air airline colors; a but depressing. Hallways and doors have that cheap industrial plastic feel like a cheap hotel or hospital. White plasticky looking hallways and lobby. granted this I common in Holland, but this is meant to be a four star boutique hotelInterior design is dated, used and has no character. Needs a redo, as it does not live up to Swissotel standards in other cities I have visited

Perfect Location, very nice and comtortable beds. Excellent staff, serviceminded and kind.

Everything about our stay was excellent.The staff were more than helpfull and pleasant in every way.Beds were very comfortable and food was great.It is in a perfect location right out side a Tram stop and very convenient for shopping and sightseeing.

Great location, the front staff was very helpful, curteous and friendly.

The price of the breakfast was way overpriced. Twenty euros for very little breakfast was too much to expect. I would recommend the hotel, but not the restaurant attached to it. The evening waiters were very rude.

terrible staff. we paid a lot of money but the staff were not polite. we checked in at hotel in the middle of the night at 11,30 , and while checking out we asked for a late check out possibility ( it was monday and the receptionist said that the hotel is empty so late check out is possible but had to ask the manager ) and the manager wanted extra money for a 2 hour late check out and it was very rude.

Location is great, this is the reason we chose this hotel.Reception staff was very helpful and kind! Business office with free Internet is very useful and important!

Breakfast is very expensive (20 euros P.P.) so we had to take it outsite. Standard Rooms are simple, nothing special to excuse the price of 150 per day, bed only. Wi-fi Internet in the rooms is payable, it would be a good service to offer it free of charge.

Service was great. I arrived early and the staff were kind enough to prepare the room so that I didn't need to wait at the lobby. The hotel is centrally located, near the train station.

The hotel rooms are just perfect,clean,soundproof,location just 2 seconds from the square and shops..! Stuff working there was so helpful!polite,and looked like they really love their job,i was so touched by the gesture made,upgrading us to the ...suite!!!,just because it was my birthday!that ,I will never forget,i had the best birthday ever and them to thank!wish other businesses were that professional and thought after their guests..i told everyone I know about swissotel and we will also be back soon!

I didn't like I couldnt rent the suite as A..home! (^_^)
