隔音太差，走廊有异味。

very neer the hotel is just the red zoon! Stripping dancing & sex showing are absolutly cool! very good!

I liked the special attention I was given actually it was a standard of your excellence.

I didn't like the fact that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn;t work.

Gym and location.

The air con did not work in the room and took a long time to get fixed. There was a mini bar in the room but nothing in it. A sign directed customers to a vending machine, which on the nights I stayed did not work. There was a funfair outside the hotel which made it impossible to rest or relax and I would have expected the hotel to make customers aware of this before booking. The staff member on checkout applied breakfast that I did not have. They advised they needed to check with the restaurant which after paying nearly €600 for thee nights I felt was unnecessary. That said, I let it go but after checking with the restaurant, I was asked: 'maybe you had breakfast this morning and forgot'. The attitude was terrible - customer service at its worst and I would avoid this hotel if customer service is important to you.

Very client focus. Serve our needs well and with excellent service as well as friendly staff.

The room will need renovation.

Front desk crew (Rob) and all others treated us like super stars. location,location,location.. Best access to trams, the square, sights. Walk through the doors, off the sidewalk and wits sanctuary. We where lucky enough to be assigned a tram facing street, noise was minimal. The square view, gave the feeling of being an Amsterdammer. What a treat. Service was 5 Star. We will book again Peter

I didn't like the fact the wifi was not free considering the price of the hotel and I didn't like the fact that there isn't a breakfast included pakage that wasn't 12 euros more expensive per day.

Friendly and helpful staff excellent location. I really enjoyed my stay however it would ve been better if the internet was for free especially that it s becoming for free or for a lower cost in most hotels.

We had to find a hotel in short notice due to problems with our flight, and chose Swisshotel because of price first, and location next. We were greeted by warm and welcoming staff with hot wash clothes so we could refresh a bit, this was an unexpected and very appriciated bonus. We could choose between a quiet room or a room with wiev to Dam Square, and since we dont have problems sleeping we went for the one with the wiev. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room a bit noisy but this is because Dam Square is situated right outside, and as I mentioned this was no problem for us. The minibar was empty so we could stack up with our own stuff, and if we wanted something else we could just use the room key on the vending machine on the first floor (beer, vodka, water, snacks). The hotel is non-smoking, so we went outside for a cigarette - the man in the reception tipped us about a back door we could use so we did, and found a small balcony with ashtray and a wiev to a small back yard, very cosy!

We dont have any complaints, but the mattress had a big stain on the side. The toilet door had no lock - not a problem for us as a couple.

Friendly staff at front desk. Asked for a refurbished room. I knew they came with carpets and a flat screen television. We were given an older room...in need of a paint job, and carpets.

The breakfast guests raved about on line was very disappointing. No variety. Same plastic bowl presentation of fruit * recycled* day after day and we were there 5 nights. Holland offers so many wonderful cheeses, and our offerings was a white cheese every day. Undercooked bacon and small hot dogs maybe in disguise of sausages. Housekeeping was problematic. Sometimes, night serviced was done, 1 time, we received a newspaper, one time, no wash cloths. Had to call. The sheets were torn and very thin. No toiletries were ever replaced during our stay and we had to make do with a teeny bar of soap until day 4. Not what one would expect from a luxury chain and a huge room tariff. They can do better!

The location of the hotel is excellent. The facilities, the rooms, the breakfast area were all very clean, updated, and comfortable.

Excellent location for bus, train, tram and boats! Very clean and comfortable,.. Even has a pillow menu! Bar prices the same as pubs.

Great location, spacious rooms, espresso maker, very nice!
