The location of the hotel is good if you want to visit museums and take a canal ride. Breakfast was also satisfying. The check-in was delayed, because rooms weren't clean on time. The advertisement says some rooms have windows that don't open, but these windows actually don't give almost any light, because the view is to the coridor. |

Its location is very convenient. The hotel description does not include this important information: the hotel charges 3% extra for payment by credit card (not a word of advice before guests arrive). If smoke alarm goes off, you pay 250 € penalty. In some rooms you must pay a deposit to get a remoter control. To add to that, we had days with cold water in the morning and occasionally in the evening. |

The stairs are steep but there is an elevator. Friendly staff. They asked us to stay in another hotel where the breakfast served. The rooms were very small, it seemed like corridor! Our triple room had a single room and a loft bed, like a dormitory. The breakfast was disaster, there were just a few tables and chairs. We waited half an hour to have a free seat! We stayed just one night and then moved to another hotel. |

We were extremely dissappointed withe the room. Not only did we not have a window that could be opened, being placed on the 5th floor without an elevator and just about being able to open the door past the bed to enter the room. We were also told there would be a television and radio facilities. Our room in a nutshell was basically a bed with a toilet. |

Good location in the centre, reasonable price... Although the price was low some basic services should have been provided better. Cleaning of the room was insufficient, we found the old fork and dust on the floor..Bathroom was clean enough. Breakfast was very basic. Unfortunatelly we had very noisy neighborous, and what was the worst, other guests were able to open our room with their key. |

I liked the view, being by a canal, and the good location. I did not like that the hotel requires payment upon check in and that they won't allow you to pay in full beforehand. It is very misleading and inconvenient. I did not like that there was not a hot breakfast. I did not like that the room was so small. I did not like that the check in time is so late. |

The room was small. It included breakfast. As others have said the stairs are steep but there is an elevator. For the price it was good value. It is a no frills hotel |

Close to tram stop, easy to find, very clean, free breakfast and good value. Breakfast was limited and staff did not "top up" supplies unless asked. Staff can seem a little rude and should work on customer focus. Room was a fair size and very clean, but I can see how some may say they are too small. No lift was a pain when you have large bags. |

The hotel has no reception you have to go to another place to check in and to have breakfast. It has no lift, so it was difficult to access the room through the stairs.Even though there was a warning not to smoke guests smoked and the fire alarm rang in the middle of the night, it was terrible. |
