very capable guy at the front desk...seemed to be the only person in the hotel with a clue about anything and seemed to be the only one truely "working". the hotel itself was a crappy, little, dirty place...no services...a kid in the hall asked me, "should i clean your room today?" |

Good for somewhere to sleep but other than that it was very expensive for what it was. The bedrooms where small and the bathroom was too small. |

It was an ok location, 10 min tram ride from central station. The room and bathroom are clean. It's a student atmosphere. Make sure you don't get the fourth floor because there's no elevator. |

The view from the room , a pleasant continental breakfast. The general condition of the building was poor however considering the cost this was to be expected |

The friendliness and helpfulness from the receptionist (male during the day), the tram station around the corner No mails and no phone calls were forwarded, my daughter and my friends from Amsterdam were told (after the second night) that there is no one booked under my surname. That is no service and very alarming! The e- mail address on the new buisness card is wrong for both hotels! |

Only the location Its a horrible hotel. Do not waste your money or vacation time by booking this hotel. The hotel does not even have a basic features. We were pestered with rats in the room. False Fire alarms at night. They did not even clean the room or make the sheets. The staff seemed to not care. Very bad matterss, knotted pillows, torn towels. Only thing good is the location as it is located next to a tram stop. But then we saw a lot of better hotels that were next to better connected tram stops with lesser rates, All n all I regret that booking this hotel and want to advice you not to make the same mistake. |

Convenient to the Amsterdam nightlife, the canal cruises and the Rijksmuseum. Nice area just to wander about. Felt safe. The breakfast was junk food. For a small amount they could upgrade. |

Location was good. It was clean and quiet hotel - nothing special but does the trick if you are looking for a city break. Room just has beds and small bathroom - no fancy extras but decent value for what you pay. The breakfast was not great. |

Convenient location The room I had reserved was mistakenly given to someone else, so I ended up staying in the hostel-type room with 8 beds. The room itself was not very clean, and amenities are very basic, considering the price I paid at the time. I would have expected more for my money, having stayed in other hotels within the same price bracket in Amsterdam at the same time of the year. |

It´s close to many Museums and transports. The room is very small! Smoke siren rings without somoke! There was a hole in my towels and the room was not cleaned every day. There was a window in the room, with a view to a wall (despite the site says the rooms have view to the channel or garden). It was very warm in the room and there wasn´t a cooler. TV hadn´t a remote control also. Destroy and construct another in the same place!!! |

The location of the hotel is good if you want to visit museums and take a canal ride. Breakfast was also satisfying. The check-in was delayed, because rooms weren't clean on time. The advertisement says some rooms have windows that don't open, but these windows actually don't give almost any light, because the view is to the coridor. |
