Breakfast was excellent with fruits and everything. Service was good and helpful and rooms were clean and comfortable. Good and peacefull location and at the same time near everything! Hot water+. In our room there were no air conditioning but it was autumn so it didn't matter! Good hotel. |

We liked the convienence of being so close to the centrum. Leidesplein is only a short walk. The double bed we had was comfy and not two twins pushed together. The room was decent size for a European hotel room. Parking availability! bookings.com said that for one day parking it would be 35 euro. We ended up paying 100 euro for one day! Streetside parking is very limited and can exceed 35 euro per day. Research parking options before you go. |

Arrived at 10a.m. .just hoping to leave our luggage but were allocated our room straight away by friendly receptionist. Cosy, comfy and peaceful best describe our room on third floor. Tea, coffee and sufficient toiletries provided. Breakfast - plenty of choice but a little chaotic at times eg. lack of crockery, food not replenished quickly enough. Extra staff would fix this problem. Hotel ideally located for sightseeing. Tram-line and Airport bus 5 mins away. Will recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again. One tip - bring your own hairdryer! |

I especially liked the cleanliness conditions of the premises and the convenient location of the Hotel to the city centre and means of transport I did not like very much the little dimensions of my single room and the fact that the bathroom/toilet was not separated by another door in the room itself. |

The location is very convenient for the city & night life if required only minutes away added with the fact that all transport is very close by. The hotel is based in a very quiet location. Highly recommended. It catered for all my needs. |

It was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. Thwe staff was most pleasant and helpful. it is great value for the money. We would recommend it to friends and family. just so you won't think it perfect; the elevator could be faster. |

We arrived two hours early due to flight time and were greeted most warmly, with our family room, which was extremely large, ready for us in 5 minutes. this is a first class Hotel which is run with professionalism. The staff are very friendly and the Hotel is spotlessly clean. We have stayed in several Hotels in Amsterdam, but this has been by far the best. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, catering for all tastes. A very pleasant stay indeed! |

Location. Excellent Staff - friendly, helpful. Rooms okay. Not happy with breakfast. There was nothing unless you wanted bread and cheese or bread and ham. Went out and bought it. Parking charges very high. |

Great hotel, this is the 3rd time I stay here and I enjoyed it very much. Whenever I am back to Amsterdam I will stay here! The internet service is expensive if you don't have your own computer, but I didn't use it this time anyway. |

Coffee and tea making facilities, very large room, location brilliant for museums and finding resturants. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Our room was very close to street and sometimes people smoked outside and chatted but this is what you can expect from a city hotel. |

The hairdryer. It might as well not have been one there. A tip take your own. The location of the hotel was excellent. Right near Leidesplein where there was a variety of bars/restaurants to choose from. |

The staff was not at all nice. They were very rispid when we asked for touristic informations and had no patience to explain things. Our sink had a problem, we complained 2 times and they did nothing. |

I liked the location and the atmosphere of the hotel. I wish there could have been a minibar in the room, and vegetables at breakfast. |
