The atmosphere of a residential area, and still only three minutes from the heart of Amsterdam: the lively Leidseplein. That is the charm of this cosy hotel.

You can enjoy all the rest that you want in your room, while the two largest museums are within walking distance. The Rijks Museum (Rembrandt) and the Van Gogh Museum.

Location is great.

At 160 Euro, the double room was overpriced -- but on short notice it was all I could find through booking.com.

Loved the Location, so neat to the square, just behind it infact!!

The whole hotel is put accross as a 3/4* but is barely a 2*. Even Travelodge and Premier Travelinn are millions of miles infront of it as far as customer service, size of rooms, cleanliness and even facilities go. If you have standards, do not go here. Bedrooms barely fit a double bed in them, views are awful, and the breakfast is very poor!

Short walking distance to centre,staff were excellant, rooms are clean and well furnished. very pleased

The only thing lacking is tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Proximity to transportation, restaurants, and museums. Nice breakfast and knowledgeable staff. Good value for the price. Quiet neighborhood in general.

Steep steps to our room and currently they have double entry of our credit card, but that could only be temporary until the checkin entry clears.

Only the position in the city.

The price was huge for the conditions we had. Kind of dirty and overused look but the room was quite clean.Still a bad smell in the room. Breakfast is ridiculous. Staff treats you different accordingly with your origin, and at the end they charged me twice the amount from my credit card.
