Excelent location (2 minutes for everything, but in a very calm quarter). Employes very helpfull. Fantastic relation quality/price. Internet should be less expensive... 5 euros for 30 minutes its too much. Basic breakfast must have more variety. |

The brochure in the room stated that tea/coffee facilities were included they were not, he staff at reception were frosty, they also state they include porter service I witnessed one old gentleman refused help with his cases as "we do not offer that" |

Breakfast No tea or coffee facilities in rooms, was advertised as having but when asked, the hotel said that hadn't upgraded all rooms yet, so we had to buy tea and coffee from the bar. |
