Η θέση του στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Κακή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό εκτός ελαχίστων εξαιρέσεων έλειπε ακόμα και το τυπικό χαμόγελο. Ειδοποίησα στη ρεσεψιόν για ένα κουτί κόκα-κόλα στο ασανσέρ, λέγοντας ευγενικά στις κοπέλες πως για αυτό δεν φταινε αυτές. Μετά από εικοσιπέντε λεπτά που κατέβηκε η γυναίκα μου υπήρχε ακόμα. Ούτε συζήτηση για γκρουμ.Μεταφέραμε τις βαλίτσες μόνοι μας ανεβοκατεβαίνοντας κάποιες σκάλες για να πάμε από την πόρτα του ασανσέρ στο δωμάτιο. Πριν τις 9 δεν υπήρχε ούτε καφές. Βρώμικη είσοδος. Στο λουτρό υπήρχε μόνο ντους και όχι τηλέφωνο. Το παράθυρο δεν ανοιγόκλεινε. Το δοχείο απορριμμάτων στο μπάνιο χαλασμένο με ξεκόλλητο καπάκι. Στο φωτιστικό του δωματίου έλειπε το καπάκι.

τον τομεα τησ καθαριοτητασ. το μπανιο ηταν γεματο μουχλα, απο τα πλακακια μεχρι τη κουρτινα. η εισοδοσ του ξενοδοχειου μυριζε σαν αποχετευση.

Είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο καλό για το κέντρο της πόλης σε γενικές γραμμές

το οτι το ξενοδοχειο ηταν κεντρικο.

No everything was good

Location is awesome, near the Central Station and Warmoestraat. Atmosphere is friendly and very tolerant - do what you want. A number of coffeeshops and a police station are located next door.

The reception staff were excellent. The Hotel position was very good for us. We had a slight problem with the room temperature, too hot. This was sorted very quickly

Location is vey close to the cenral rail station , about 5 min walking,this gives you a good oportunity to stay in Amserdam and attend a conferences in the places nearby.Everything shoping etc.is in the walking distance.

Smell frrom the kitchen in the room, especialy in the morning.

central position

The man shouting at 9am in the morning, noise in general, the room was not very clean (floor, curtains), the air in the room was really thick with no chance to open the windows because the room was at the ground floor.

stayed in room 124 smell of damp when entering room on investication moulded damp under both windows and wall damp

The room and the facilities. The ensuite bathroom was perfectly clean and quite well-appointed, as was the room. The bed was quite comfortable.

The breakfast was expensive, for a simple spread, and I'm sure that the previous time I visited this was included in the room price, whereas this time it was 'on top'. The bells of the Oude Kerk start up at 7 a.m. and go off every quarter of an hour. In addition, the sound insulation from the floor above was quite poor, and I had a bad nights sleep

the only good thing is that close to the central station but overall the hotel is crap and doesnt worth to stay because you cant sleep all night from the noisy outside the hotel.

Furniture, the room , it should be ranked as 1 star hotel not 3 star

The hotel is an excellent location. It's very close to Dam square and quite easy to make your way to and from.

I found that the hotel rooms themselves could have been a lot cleaner, especially the bathrooms.The first room we had (we had to request a double) it seem liked the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all.
