waking up on a terrace on the canal being greeted by all the boats passing by and having breakfast with the ducks is simply a once in a lifetime experience. thank you

nice location on the canal, close to all but not on one of the mail canals which reduces boats going by. Flat nice & cosy.

Kitchen tools are a bit limited to cook but also to eat (only very small plates and very small bowls).

    Good location

Well we didn't get any receipt, but maybe isn't necessary in the Netherlands. It is a very expensive experience.

First the location which is wonderfull. The staff is very effective, helping you in everything. We got four or five mails before arrival explaining us everything. The parking solution was ok. Thank you Patricia! Paul received us and gave lots of explanations and hints about the best things to do in the sorrounding area. He is an extremely nice person. The room is big and with everything you need, the small terace beautifull. Everyday at breakfast time we received the visit of a young swan. We will return every time we will be in Amsterdam.

We were pleased to be given an upgrade and the wine, beer and juice. We loved the location and were charmed by the houseboat especially our little visitors, mr and mrs duck and their battles with mr coot. Only constructive criticism would be to fix the shower nozzle. Very friendly greeting from Diana and excellent directions from Patricia. Thank you.

From the beginning you made the experience stress free with timely and useful email communications. The houseboat 170 was just perfect and the location couldn't be bettered. I fell in love with the Jordaan

Really great place, bed, sheets, coverlets, wi-fi, kitchen, bathroom, etc., was perfect. Location is very good. There are bars and nice shops next to the houseboat.

Smoke alarm trigger while we cooking... Chair wheels are little noisy and we had to hear that noise from the next room.

Freedom to come and go. Left luggage facility. Independence of stay.

Would have liked more utensils for preparing breakfasts.

I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

At the beginning of my stay the Wi-fi was definitely not good - but Patricia - bless her - contacted the supplier and voila! - the Wi-fi service improved vastly and was great.

Great location and something a bit different. It was great watching the boats, ducks and swans going up and down the canal.

Seemed to be setup for look rather than function. Tiny toilet had a sink right in the way, with nowhere to put a hand towel.

Unique experience. Being right on a canal was very interesting. Diana and Paul were very helpful and the boat/apartment was well appointed. We would recommend very highly.

Kitchenette was very small but still very functional.
