The building itself is nice, but the service grade is very amateur as the hotel's name.

For a short while the front could not find my room key and she told me that she would charge me for the loss of the key. She found out my key somewhere else finally.

The rooms and the hotel itself were very nice and stylish and friendly staff. Nice location.

With regards to service: there is definitely room for improvement. You would expect a better service in a hotel like this. Even though we knew most of the staff consists of students you would expect a better service and a professional staff given these rates. Or else lower the price (and expectations will be lowered too), then it would be easier to accept that most of the hotel staff are no professionals (yet). We also thought the lightning in the room was a little insufficient (a little bit too dark).

El edificio, la decoración

Falta de luz en las habitaciones y cuarto de baño cuando oscurece, de día los dos ventanales la iluminan perfectamente. Mi habitación tenía 2 puertas que comunicaban con las habitaciones contiguas derecha e izquierda y no estan insonorizadas.

Sfeervolle moderne design inrichting.

Bed te hard.Te weinig practische informatie over het hotel op de kamer,b.v.ontbijttijden,diner.Geen informatie over het menu zowel op de kamer of elders in of buiten het hotel. Verlichting op de kamer sfeervol,maar te weinig licht in badkamer.
