All'arrivo e successivamente (eppure nè in fase di prenotazione , nè nella corrispondenza mail scambiata se ne faceva cenno) hanno prelevato dalla mia carta di credito somme a titolo di cauzione, che, anche se poi non sono state effettivamente pagate, comunque mi hanno portato ad esaurire il massimale della carta. |

il ristorante dell'hotel è di ottima qualità l' assegnazione della camea non è stata gradita.aveva un muro davanti alla finestra. in seguito è stata subito sostituita con una dello stesso prezzo ma con vista migliore, comunque non dovrebbe succedere in quanto voi avete descritto la camera con splendida vista sul canale,che poi ho avuto, o sul cortile , che in effetti è anch'esso bello |

Il confort della stanza e delle infrastrutture Avevo chiesto se la prima colazione era compresa nel prezzo della stanza e due addetti diversi mi hanno riferito che era tutto compreso, quando sono andato a pagare ho trovat addebitato un sovrapprezzo dovuto alla prima colazione |

rooms have been very well renovated with attention to quality fittings and use of space.the hotel is convenient to Spui and Spiegelstraat (something like that!) i strongly object to being charge for internet services in the room. there is no excuse for this other than as an easy "extra" to charge the guests.the bar was like a morgue and it should be relocated to the ground floor (where it used to be) - or at least a small one installed there |

its the best hotel in dam square, the room was beatiful especialy the decoration with lovely view. in the last day the house keeping entered my room even with do not disturb i dont no why. |

The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a Luxury Room and a Prestige Suite which was great. Would definitely stay at the hotel again. Kids loved the TVs at the end of the baths! Tiny roads crowded with pedestrians to get there and away again but hey, that's Amsterdam for you - thank goodness for GPS. Never did find the bar. |

they've charged from my credit card additional amount for "garanty that bar, breakfast etc would be payed after stay" as they explained. It was a very unpleasant surprise for me and spoiled my impression about the hotel at all. |

Top class I booked hotel because it stated that you provided transfer to airport on website I booked thur. I had to pay 47 euro's to get to airport. Not happy. |
