Hi standards of service. Renovated rooms look very nice.... not sure how looks "old" ones. Small gym. You can not go to the spa directly by elevator.... you have to go tru lobby.... spa needs renovation. |

Staff was friendly and comprehensive for complaints Room comfort and housekeeping were not good. Hotel restaurant was good but not equal to a 5tar hotel. |

they've charged from my credit card additional amount for "garanty that bar, breakfast etc would be payed after stay" as they explained. It was a very unpleasant surprise for me and spoiled my impression about the hotel at all. |

Top class I booked hotel because it stated that you provided transfer to airport on website I booked thur. I had to pay 47 euro's to get to airport. Not happy. |

Centraal location, very good staff Hotel was under renevation and there was no bar and poor restaurant facilities. Spar was very average. |

Atmosphere; courtyard; outside dining room; proximity to shops etc Not really, however the taxi driver (from the airport) dropped us off at the other Sofitel which led to an inconvenience. Your receptioniste was very hospitable. |

Très bien situé pour une visite de la ville à pied. L'hôtel était en travaux mais bonne organisation, donc pas gênant! Très belle chambre rénovée récemment (design et un plus pour la salle de bain). Le petit déjeuner, très cher et buffet pas très copieux. |

Trés bel hôtel, trés bien situé dans le centre, avec un hall d'accueil décoré au goût du jour, des parties communes spacieuses, un accès gratuit à des pc avec internet. Une salle de restauration somptueuse, un accueil et un service excellents. Et un parking. La décoration des chambres est vraiment vieillotte et à revoir, c'est trés décevant compte-tenu de la belle décoration design du hall d'accueil. Le prix des petits-déjeuners (bien qu'excellents) est trop cher : 30 euros/pers, de même que le parking (35 €/j). |
