Location - shower only - great bar/restaurant Wifi on your room by a cable??? Dont book the Executive Double Room... Its the same as a double room but with a nespresso machine

Close location to where I had a business meeting. After I checked out, the hotel charged for minibar as they calimed that I took several items from the minibar. I explained to the hotel and repeated what I stated during the checkout that I did not take any item from the minibar. There was quite a bad argument over the phone that I have asked to talk to the hotel Manager. Then, they said "it will not be charged". I think they have poor room service/managment that they are not able to keep a good status of their minibar. Also, I asked for a conceirge to bring the luggade down when I was checking out but the lady at the counter advised that there are no body to take the luggage. It looks the hotel is understaffed or has poor managment.

Convenience, also size of room and quietness of rooms I was disappointed this time with the standard of cleanliness - my room was barely touched each morning, and people's meals ordered by room service remained in the corridors for hours. Customer service is not as you would expect in other cities.

Great value for money when I made the booking. Had a pleasant stay and the room was clean and tidy. Wouldn't mind coming back for a weekend break. The location is not favourable if you want to go to Den Haag centrum or places of interests in Den Haag, but the public transport is accessible so that was convenient.

Nothing actually jumped out. The food was excellent and the whole stay was comfortable and relaxed. The rigid application of policy. People like to feel special, which is fed by exceptions made for them. I mistakenly booked one night too many for Thursday 25th because, probably in my excitement, I included the night that we were travelling. I understand that the hotel was not full on that night so one booked room more or less would not have made a difference because you did not have to send people away. Nevertheless, I did nor get my money back for the mistakenly booked night.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable... Room charges by booking.com was Eur 259 and they charged Eur 286.20. I dont know why. I will contact them for explanation....

A spacious room, interesting solution for the bathroom by using glass (though you should know your roommate), high ceilings. Very good facilities, excellent breakfast (a lot of choice). Location near to public transportation and highways. The Hague, Delft and Rotterdam are nearby.

Interesting design of the room, comfortable bed and nice furniture. Near to the train station. There is written in the presentation: "Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible)." But it was absolutely full and we needed to find a place ourselves.
