Great spa, with excellent massage/beauty packages. Romantic setting on hill side, fantastic great pool with jacuzi's, sauna's etc. Concept of being able to have breakfast in your bathrobe and walking straight in/out of spa area is nice touch, makes you feel at home. |

The wellness facilities are great! Breakfast in bathrobe adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Great view from the room. The rooms suffice, but are a bit outdated for a 4-star hotel of this price. You have to bring your own towel to the swimmingpool (or rent one for EU5). For this price I would expect unlimited free clean towels. |

Room, breakfast, cleanliness, spa, relax, green area outside where to lay down and sunbathe, food, saunas, and all the service in general were very good. A bit far from the center of Valkenburg, expecially to come back the way uphill is steep. |

Breakfast buffet had nice variety. Extensive spa facilities. Massage services and staff were pleasant. CHeck in was full of rules dictation by staff and confusing. Informed of charges for use of bathrobe and slippers which should be included since this is a spa hotel and you are encouraged to wear your robe to breakfast. |

Thermae 2000 is een plaats, wat ieder eens moet meegemaakt hebben, rustig, alle faciliteiten, gewoon af! Zowel in de kamers als in de thermen zelf. Het was deze tijd ook super gezellig om eens tot aan het dorp Valkenburg te wandelen (10 min), met als hoogtepunt de heel verzorgde kerstmarkt in de indrukwekkende grotten. Misschien een (klein) body lotion op de kamer, als je van de thermen komt, is het wel goed om je te verzorgen en zo kan de klant ook kennis maken met uw produkt en het aanschaffen voor voortrek. Dus goed voor beiden. Het is een suggestie. |

Vriendelijkheid, zeer goed ontbijt, onthaal, faciliteiten zeer aanbevelingswaardig, tijdens decembermaand Kerstparade in valkenburg op woensdag en zaterdag = zeer gezellig, kerstmarkt in mergelgrotten Temperatuur van zwemwater in de 2 zwembaden van het sauna gedeelte was aan de koude kant ( 24-25°c), temperatuur van het zwembad gedeelte was wel zeer goed van temperatuur ( zeker 28-29°c) |

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité avec les Thermes et la possibilité de pouvoir profiter de toutes les facilités en "tenue thermale" ! Il est très bien mais il y avait des fuites d'eau à certains endroits dans les couloirs, ce qui donne un impression de mal entretenu. |

heerlijk ontspannend twee dagen naar sauna en rustig geslapen. ontbijt is zeer goed ik had een weekendboeking, deze is vrij prijzig en is daarom vreemd dat badjassen niet bij de prijs inzit, zoals voorheen. Ook het eten en drinken word steeds duurder. |

Vriendelijk en attent personeel; prima ontbijt; directe toegang tot de thermen; ontbijten in badjas. Matras met een kuil in het midden. Verder is de mogelijkheid om op de kamer een bad/douche met thermaal water te nemen verwijderd. Ook ligt er geen handzeepje in de badkamer om de handen te wassen na toiletgebruik. |

C'est un lieu très relaxant.La nuitée est dans le calme absolu.Le personnel est très gentil et les massages nous font le plus grand bien. Au sujet de la carte à la cafétaria, c'est dommage que les plats ne sont pas traduit en français,on commande est on ne sait pas ce que l'on apporte.La dernière fois j'ai été déçu, je n'ai pas aimé.C'est pourquoi cette fois-ci je n'ai rien commandé.J'espère que la prochaine fois il y aura du changement.Merci |

Onbeperkt gebruik van het wellnes center, rustig en sfeervol. Gebruik van bar en restaurent in kamerjas, zeer ontspannend. In restaurent pur is de prijs voor de wijn bij het eten zeer duur, in vergelijking met het aantal glazen dat men schenkt. |
