We were upgraded to the 4 star section and the beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely. We booked for New Year's Eve and the 2 consecutive nights but when we got there we were told that the hotel had overbooked for the first night so had been moved to an alternate hotel. We had paid upfront a month before and hadn't been told about this until we arrived at the hotel. The second hotel had also overbooked so we were ferried back to the original hotel where we had to wait until 8.30am before a room was made available. But we had been upgraded to a 4 star room and only had to pay for the one night which balanced things out. |

Everything was terrific! Staff, room, and also a great restaurant/pub in the hotel. They also let me store my luggage while I went out in the city throughout the day. It should be the Westcord 5 star hotel! Honestly The only bad thing was it wasn't walking distance to the city. Had to take Bus#48 and wasn't ready for this. Everything thing else with the great hotel made up for it though! |

The bathroom was very comfortable with a nice large bathtub, the room clean; window could be opened to let the fresh air in, the bed was comfortable with two pillows per person The hotel advertised free parking, but as we were leaving we were charged a parking fee, that was disappointing. |

Nice peaceful location, access to rooms secured and planned very well Bed sheets got changed only twice during four nights stay, even though rooms cleaned every day. |

Service was good, clean and comfortable room. Good value for money. Away from city center. We were not advised to walk to the center, had to take the bus to and from the hotel. |

Nice room, quiet, helpful friendly staff,modern and clean Not that close to city centre or railway station. You need to drive here really, although a bus to the city centre does stop outside. |

It was a beautiful hotel and nice staff. The room were great and had a bathtub. The pillows were amazing! It was to far away from the center. As a young couple visiting Amsterdam I would take a hotel in the center instead of this one, allthoug it was a great hotel. The beds were two single madrasses on one double bed and one of us always got in between them... Sometimes the sheets didn't look clean. The breakfast was very expensive, we didn't try it. |

Uitstekende kamer, overdekte parking en gratis Wifi. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie en het restaurant. Vooral het ontbijt is een aanrader. Leuk dat er veel aan (moderne) kunst wordt gedaan in het hotel. Ik kan dit hotel zowel aan de zakelijke als aan de toeristische gast aanbevelen. |

makkelijk bereikbaar en parkeergarage; achterzijde rustig en prima uitzicht. parkeergarageinrit heeft knik waardoor auto onderzijde beschadigd en plaatsen in parkeergarage zijn zeer smal. op mijn klacht over de knik zei de baliemedewerkster dat dit bekend was.... |
