The money we've paid to stay just 8 minutes by bus from the center. We read the reviews and some people complained that it was far from the center. That's not true. There's a bus that passes all the time in front of the hotel and it's really fast to get to the center. In the last day, we rent 2 bicycles and got to the center in 15 minutes. The staff were also really nice and the rooms, very clean and comfortable.

The prices...everything is too expensive, like renting a bike or scooter. Also the breakfast and their pub were very expensive. But anyway, the price for the room was very chip.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet.

We had a double room with what was a double bed. However, the bed was two twin mattresses that continually separated leaving a crack in the middle. For sleeping was not comfortable especially if you want to sleep close to your partner. Also very uncomfortable for making love. The room was pleasant and looked nice but functionally the person who designed the beds had no understanding of romance. The room looked like had recently been remodeled.

We arrived at Schipol Airport and took the train to Centraal Station, this cost us about 7 Euros each and took about 15 Minutes. From Centraal Station we got the Number 48 bus which stops outside of the hotel and takes about 10-15 minutes. For 7 Euros a day you can use the bus and trams as much as you like! To get a taxi to and from the airport is about 45 Euros; so we chose the budget route! The hotel is clean and staff are friendly; we didnt opt for breakfast as we ate in the city. All in all it was a good stay and we were glad to be slightly out of the thick of things!

the location was excellent, just ten minutes on the number 48 bus to the centre of Amsterdam, this ran every 10 mins or so. The staff were very pleaseant and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We were lucky while we were staying there as the weather was very hot, so enjoyed a drink on the terrace which over looks the outside swimming pool. We didn't actually use the pool as we were only in Amsterdam for 2 days so not enough time, but if we had stayed longer we would definately have used it. The hotel has parcking facilities at a cost of 22.50 euros, we were able to leave our car there after we had checked out until 5.00pm at no extra cost.

A very nice hotel, clean, very good room and lovely facilities. Good access in public transport. It is a good idea to buy the pass for the bus in your first day in the city, because you can save some money.

It is a little bit far from the city centre, although there is a bus at the door, it can be complicated if you want to get out at night, because the frequency of the bus is just one per hour.

Reception, early check-in, services available, friendiness, languages spoken (English) and many others. Front row parking (Free from Sunday to Monday until 0900), Felt secure leaving my car there. Free WiFi, good signal. City information available. The room was very nice and very comfortable for the price and location. Over all excellent stay. I work in a 4 star hotel and know what to look for. I would surely stay there again. Thank You!

A wonderful hotel if visiting Amsterdam. A very friendly, clean hotel. On a very good bus line, less than 10 minutes from the centre of Amsterdam.

The staff were very nice and friendly but the portions of the meals could have been a bit larger, especially for the price.

Smoking rooms (that's great), a friendly bar not too expensive ,and the hotel is from 10mn from center ! Rooms are clean and you can eat very well at the restaurant (fast lunch). There's a big swimming pool but it's outside !

I would like to find more services: sauna , inner swimming-pool, massages.... things like that.

Breakfast very expensive at €17 which we opted out of.Bedroom & bathroom facilities were dated but what you would expect for a 3 star hotel.

This hotel was exactly what you expect( but dont always get ) from a large 3 star hotel, clean rooms, bath shower , hot water that works fresh towells every day etc. The hotel staff werevery polite and friendly. The food was really good and once again plenty of staff to make sure your looked after. I have stayed in quite a few diffent hotels in Amsterdam and when I go back next time I will stay here, its 10 minutes from central station on the bus. Or about 15 € taxi ride if you like.

The coffee facilities in the rrom are your standard kettle with powdered coffee in sachets but I think this is about the norm for hotels.
