The size of the room We booked this hotel because we thought it was close to the Airport (information provided by Booking.com) and with a free shuttle.The hotel is 15 minutes from schipol and you must pay 30 euros each way for 2.A very very bad deal! |

Staff so very nice. I thought it is close to Schipol as airport transit hotel, but in reality you have to spend money for about 80 Euro for traveling by taxi (two way). |

Very nice, big hotel. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. They provided a map to walk to the tram station, with printed instructions on which tram/direction to take to return to the hotel. I wish every hotel did that. Nothing in our room worked. Most importantly the heater! Also, the desk lamp, tv and even the shower head mount. We didn't change rooms since we had already unpacked, and we discovered the heat problem at midnight and got ready for bed before while waiting for maintenance. They gave us a space heater and they were very nice, but it was still an unreasonable number of things out of service. |

they lie to me from the check in until check out. they try to charge me 300 euro from my card without telling me. they say they will put the money back in 15 minutes after check out, but they didn't do it at all. very unprofessional staff. The elevator has fault all the time. Very far from public transportation |
