Gratis parkering (offentlig parkering rett på utsiden. Fikk klar beskjed om at jeg måtte tømme bilen for ALT synlig verdimateriale. Hadde ingen dårlige erfaring heldigvis, men følg forhåndsreglene) Relativt stille og greit rom og fint bad. Har sett mye verre, så jeg må si jeg ble positivt overrasket av dette 3 stjerners hotellet. Sentrumsnært er vel noe overdrevet. Selv skulle jeg ta trikken og det var ca 1 km å gå (+/-) til trikk 17. Denne tok igjen nærmere 30 min før vi var ved sentral stasjon. Gratis internett hvis du godtar kablet. safe på rommet. Nært butikk for å kunne ha egne innkjøp, men ingen kjølemulighet på vårt rom iallefall. Ha med kjølebag med 220 volt adapter hvis du skal være et par dager. Greit å ha litt mat på hotellrommet =) |

Free parking. Although not used. Quite far from the centre of Amsterdam (dam area) so not ideal for tourists. Room was cold. |

I liked the fact that is a clean pleace. And a silent place during day& night time. The elevator. I was into like 5 mins till he was down. Its kinda far away from the city center, however the tram 17 is a very good connection. |

We like the area, although a surprise for us, as it is obviously an all-Muslim residential area, yet so clean and so well-organized by the Dutch government. Beautiful lake nearby with plenty of green space for walking and relaxation. Saturday market is very lively and much fun ! We arrived during the middle of the night, and could still find a Turkish family-run eating place near hotel, which is very inexpensive. We like the spacious hotel room, although would be nice to have a bathtub ! It would be nice if the hotel can install a little rump between the front pavement and the road, for guests to push the trolley suitcases up onto the hotel with ease, or push the large hotel trolley up easily, when there are more than just one or two pieces of luggage. |

If you are coming with a car and your purpose of visiting Amsterdam is for tourism(if you are not in hurry to get to city center), this hotel is a great choice. Free parking is in front of hotel(Free Parking is very unusual for Amsterdam). Easy access from Motorway without getting stuck in the city traffic. To Tram(No.17) station is only 5min walk and the ride is about 30min and goes directly to central station. Room is also big and modern. Absolute value for money. |

We have stayed here 7 times because we like the generous rooms, quiet hospitality with easy check in policy even mid morning, easy access to Schiphol Airport provided you have a car. The free and easy parking is a real plus. Great place to rest and come up to speed after an intercontinental flight or to sleep the night before an early Schphol departure. Wifi is basic to me and it should be free in order to compete with other hotels. I was pissed off that I had to go down to the the lobby in the late evening to get a cable to get the free but slow access. I do not remember that I had to do that at any other occasion over the many times we have stayed there. This is a real turn off. Many hotels even budget hotels,offer free wifi in the room. Either a hotel is part of the 21st century or just an antiquated tourist trap. Further we have noticed slight economizing touches: no more soap and shampoo but bottles fastened to the wall that are hard to operate with wet hands. An extra and warmer cover would be welcome. Ok I can live with that but free wifi is basic and is a service easy to offer. |

We enjoyed convenient 24-hour public transport passes that were available at the front desk. That, and the distance from the nearest tram station made for some very easy trips to Amsterdam City. Getting to the hotel, the first time, from Amsterdam Central, can be a tad daunting, but when you've done the trip once, it becomes really easy. There was quite a bit of noise in our room, because of the elevator/heating/airco (we were unable to determine which was the culprit). Perhaps enabling a second coffee/hot water machine during breakfast is an idea, as there was quite a queue at the one that was turned on. We did not have our breakfast tea because of this. The juice made up for that though. And last but not least, On the morning of our departure, the eggs/bacon/sausages were quite cold - Perhaps this was because it was early. |

All the staff spoke excellent English and were very polite patient and helpful The information about the shuttle should be clearer at the Airport end. I nearly did not find the hotel coming from Schiphol as no one I asked at information or the shuttle stop was able to tell me where to go for the shuttle |

Food was ok. Internet free with a cable . Location was a bit far out. Corridors were dim and poorly lit. Staff were polite but seemed very bored . |

The quality of the hotel was better than expected. Nice room, English tv, good bar Very difficult to find. Staff abrupt. Breakfast hugely over-priced. Too far out of Amsterdam to be a good base for tourists |

It's close to the city and somehow easy to get there from city center, and really close to the Airport, quiet area No smoking hotel, don´t really know if it´s a law in The Netherlands or just Hotel Policy |

The hotel is out of the town but the staff will give you a map to the tram stop which is about 10 to 15 minutes walk and journey about 20 minutes by tram, which are very frequent (great public transport) and coming home get off at next stop after the xl building, you will see it its on the right hand side , think area is called Hoekenes then back track on your map ,its real easy honest. The hotel is clean and we had a very good stay and will definately be back next year |

The staff is very king and helpful, breakfast is satisfying. Enjoyed having a kettle + tea and coffee in the room ! Would have appreciated fresh fruits at breakfast and a king size bed instead of two large single beds. |

Staff was very worm and efficient. Location also is most suitable for visiting Amsterdam, in quiet area. Yes, the amount request as a warranty. Was not mentioned and by now this amount was not return back. It was uncomfortably that we need to cut our budget with almost 250 EUR. When this warranty will be returned? |

I booked this hotel in a bit of a rush...and was extremely disappointed to find it was so far out of the centre of Amsterdam...and in such a rundown residential area. I accept it was my fault for booking it in the first place...but would never stay there again. |
