Сделать парковку и отвечать за автомобили, которые стоят на парковке. Персонал должен предупреждать о том, что на карте блокируют 250 евро. После того, как нам разбили 2 стекла на парковке никто не извинился, на наши слова, что мы съезжаем был получен ответ - побыстрее, а то мы не успеем убрать ваши номера...

Очень хороший отель. Приветливый персонал. Удобная парковка. Тихое место.

Quite far from the centre of Amsterdam (dam area) so not ideal for tourists. Room was cold.

We like the area, although a surprise for us, as it is obviously an all-Muslim residential area, yet so clean and so well-organized by the Dutch government. Beautiful lake nearby with plenty of green space for walking and relaxation. Saturday market is very lively and much fun ! We arrived during the middle of the night, and could still find a Turkish family-run eating place near hotel, which is very inexpensive. We like the spacious hotel room, although would be nice to have a bathtub !

It would be nice if the hotel can install a little rump between the front pavement and the road, for guests to push the trolley suitcases up onto the hotel with ease, or push the large hotel trolley up easily, when there are more than just one or two pieces of luggage.

If you are coming with a car and your purpose of visiting Amsterdam is for tourism(if you are not in hurry to get to city center), this hotel is a great choice. Free parking is in front of hotel(Free Parking is very unusual for Amsterdam). Easy access from Motorway without getting stuck in the city traffic. To Tram(No.17) station is only 5min walk and the ride is about 30min and goes directly to central station. Room is also big and modern. Absolute value for money.

We have stayed here 7 times because we like the generous rooms, quiet hospitality with easy check in policy even mid morning, easy access to Schiphol Airport provided you have a car. The free and easy parking is a real plus. Great place to rest and come up to speed after an intercontinental flight or to sleep the night before an early Schphol departure.

Wifi is basic to me and it should be free in order to compete with other hotels. I was pissed off that I had to go down to the the lobby in the late evening to get a cable to get the free but slow access. I do not remember that I had to do that at any other occasion over the many times we have stayed there. This is a real turn off. Many hotels even budget hotels,offer free wifi in the room. Either a hotel is part of the 21st century or just an antiquated tourist trap. Further we have noticed slight economizing touches: no more soap and shampoo but bottles fastened to the wall that are hard to operate with wet hands. An extra and warmer cover would be welcome. Ok I can live with that but free wifi is basic and is a service easy to offer.

All the staff spoke excellent English and were very polite patient and helpful

The information about the shuttle should be clearer at the Airport end. I nearly did not find the hotel coming from Schiphol as no one I asked at information or the shuttle stop was able to tell me where to go for the shuttle

The quality of the hotel was better than expected. Nice room, English tv, good bar

Very difficult to find. Staff abrupt. Breakfast hugely over-priced. Too far out of Amsterdam to be a good base for tourists

It's close to the city and somehow easy to get there from city center, and really close to the Airport, quiet area

No smoking hotel, don´t really know if it´s a law in The Netherlands or just Hotel Policy

The restaurant was nice, and good proportions! It was good for a nice, clean stop as we connected flights home.
