Tulip Inn Dam Square

Πολύ κεντρικό, αλλά ήσυχο μικρό ξενοδοχείο, σε γραφικό ανακαινισμένο κτίριο και όμορφη γειτονιά. Εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού. Ευγενικό προσωπικό, αλλά χωρίς ουσιαστική δυνατότητα να λύσει προβλήματα.

Κακός εξαερισμός ( τα παράθυρα δεν ανοίγουν). Λάθος σχεδιασμένα υδραυλικά, με καμπίνα ντουζ που έχει μόνο παροχή νερού οροφής, χωρίς "τηλέφωνο" μπάνιου: Αν θέλεις π.χ. να πλύνεις τα πόδια σου, πρέπει ταυτόχρονα και να λουστείς αναγκαστικά. Επίσης, αδυναμία να αλλάξουν τα πολύ βαριά παπλώματα ( τέλος Ιουλίου!) με ένα πιο κατάλληλο για την εποχή σκέπασμα

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ακριβώς στην κεντρική πλατεία που σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να εξερευνήσεις το Άμστερνταμ με τα πόδια. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Φτάσαμε πιο νωρίς από την ώρα του check-in (14:00), αλλά μας εξυπηρέτησαν όταν ζητήσαμε να μπούμε πιο νωρίς στο δωμάτιο. Καλό μέγεθος δωματίου (στον 3ο όροφο) για το Αμστερνταμ που συνήθως τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ μικρά.

Θά έπρεπε να προβλέψουν το παρκινγκ ποδηλάτων γιατί έξω από το ξενοδοχείο δεν υπήρχε χώρος να το κλειδώσουμε.

The location.

The receptionist was unhelpful and abrupt when ever she was approached.

Comfortable space and beds.

No, everything is ok.

Very clean and efficient hotel with excellent staff. Excellent breakfast included, no extra costs.

Only negative comment is with regard to the bathroom. Very difficult to use sink as it is positoned in a small corner of the bathroom and the hair dryer was in the way to get both arms into the sink to wash face or brush teeth.

location was excellant. Two minutes from Dam Square and right on the main shopping street.

The hotel is very close to Dam Square, major shopping areas, restaurants, etc..

The room was spacious and the staff were cordial and efficient.

I didn't like the street noise -- but realize that the hotel can't control this situation. Also, the breakfast breads were disappointing: fresh-baked breads would be a big improvement.

It is clean and the room is reasonably large. It is really in the city center, but not in the middle of the very busy (and noisy) streets. I think the same standard or better can be found a bit further out from the centre for a bit cheaper. But the 'extra cost' for being in town is justified.

There is not much places for storage in the room, and you can hear the neighbours and people passing by in the corridor. As it is Amsterdam, ppl come back to the hotel at any time of the night. However, it did not affect my sleep too much.

One of the best things i found about the Tulip Inn Dam Square was the location, its within walking distance of everything-perfect for sight-seeing!

Great Location! Room was very clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and good. When I go back I will be staying here again.
