日本人といことで、バスタブ付の部屋を準備してくれたり、スタッフは非常に親切だった。部屋も路地に面した良い雰囲気で満足です。ロケーションもダム広場のすぐ近くで便利でした。すぐ近くにオランダ料理の店があり、おいしい夕食を食べることができました。 近くにコーヒーショップがあり、少し騒々しかったが、夜は比較的早い時間に結構静かになり許容レベル。 |

旅慣れない高齢の両親を連れてトリプルに２泊しましたが、ロケーション、設備、部屋、朝食、接客など、すべてとても良かったと思います。 ベッド頭部の天井にくもの巣が垂れ下がっていたのが目に付きました。掃除をちょっと丁寧にすれば解決する問題なので、改善を期待します。２日目にベッドメイキングやタオル交換はされていたのに、ティーバッグとクリーマーが補充されていませんでした。２つで３人分入れてとりあえず一人一杯は飲めましたが、３人部屋なので補充して欲しかったです。 |

レセプションを過ぎてから、客室に通じる廊下には、客室キーで開錠するオートロックのドアがあり、廊下にはドリンクの自動販売機が設置されていました。 屋根裏部屋のような部屋の窓は泥だらけの上に完全に閉まらず、湯沸しポットの外は汚れが付いたままで、底にはいつのものか分からない水が残っていて、とても使う気になりませんでした。又、インスタントコーヒなどをセットしてある下に敷いてある紙はコーヒーのシミなどが付いた使いまわしの不潔なもので、トイレットペーパーホルダーの壁沿いのところには、隋分長い間拭いていないような汚れが残っていました。ホテルの並びにはコーヒーショップがあり、夜間の外出は注意した方がよさそうでした。 |

シャワーヘッドが固定式で使いにくく、水流が広く分散されてしまい使いにくかった。 部屋が寒くて、エアコンの効きが悪い。 |

I like the location and the breakfast. From the hotel, it is very convenient to move around the city. With limited time in Amsterdam, the hotel location helped us to optimize our time. No housekeeping for the duration of our stay. Only the towels were changed daily, the linens and beddings were not. |

The hotel was very well located, right next to Dam Square. The room was nice and clean and had maid service every day. Breakfast was included and was buffet style - plenty of it too. The room was comfy but freezing cold - we went in November - heating was via two radiators behind blackout curtains. The Air Con was only Air Con and did not pump any heat into the room. |

just the location. the staff were so rude,and the bed smelled bad,it was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever been in my life.also the breakfast was too bad.during my stay they didn't even clean the bathroom. |

Proximity to attractions. As I stated above, I felt I received a less desireable room because of the discount rate I paid. If I had paid a higher price found on other travel websites, I would have been really disappointed with this particular room. |
