Har alla förutsättningar att vara ett kalashotell - rent, ganska nyrenoverat, verkligen centralt. Men en sådär frukost och personalen drar ner betyget. Två gånger fungerade inte nyckelkortet, ena gången anklagades jag felaktigt för att ha rökt på rummet. Inte ens en ursäkt. Suck. |

Hög ljudvolym i rummen som vetter mot gatan. Utebliven städning som inte åtgärdades trots tillsägelse. Inga parkeringsmöjligheter (man kan inte ens komma fram till hotellet med bil), |

Frächt och nyrenoverat, sängen skön. Personalen trevlig och läget perfekt. Ett litet gemytligt hotell med toppenläge mitt i Amsterdam men ändå lugnt och skönt. |

Det enda bra med hotellet är ju läget....annars finns det en Tulip Inn några hundra därifrån med mycket högre standard som jag bott tidigare. Ostädat. Smutsig heltäckningsmatta. Litet badrum med en simpel duschhörna. Dubbelsängen va på 140cm. Det verkar som om man bokar via booking.com så får man ett sämre rum. Har bott ett flertal gånger på Tulip Inn hotel och detta var en besvikelse. |

Excellent location. We had the room in the first floor towards the backyard and it was very quiet and peaceful. The room was not big but not too small either. The breakfast was good, not a hughe variety but still enough of alternatives. |

Very clean and efficient hotel with excellent staff. Excellent breakfast included, no extra costs. Only negative comment is with regard to the bathroom. Very difficult to use sink as it is positoned in a small corner of the bathroom and the hair dryer was in the way to get both arms into the sink to wash face or brush teeth. |

Nice, clean room and excellent location just behind Dam Square. Personnel were accomodating offering to open the breakfast buffet a half an hour earlier for me. Room was nice and clean but small (even for single use). Reception and restuarant was very outdated. |

The room was spacious and the staff were cordial and efficient. I didn't like the street noise -- but realize that the hotel can't control this situation. Also, the breakfast breads were disappointing: fresh-baked breads would be a big improvement. |

The hotel location is perfect. Although it's just outside Dam Square it's in a very quiet location so we had 3 good nights sleep there. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again. |

It is clean and the room is reasonably large. It is really in the city center, but not in the middle of the very busy (and noisy) streets. I think the same standard or better can be found a bit further out from the centre for a bit cheaper. But the 'extra cost' for being in town is justified. There is not much places for storage in the room, and you can hear the neighbours and people passing by in the corridor. As it is Amsterdam, ppl come back to the hotel at any time of the night. However, it did not affect my sleep too much. |

I like this hotel very much. It was my second stay in it and next time when I need to stay in Amsterdam I will make booking in this hotel again, Location is super, price is fair, personnel is very friendly, my room was comfortable. Veel dank! |
