I like the location and the breakfast. From the hotel, it is very convenient to move around the city. With limited time in Amsterdam, the hotel location helped us to optimize our time. No housekeeping for the duration of our stay. Only the towels were changed daily, the linens and beddings were not. |

The hotel was very well located, right next to Dam Square. The room was nice and clean and had maid service every day. Breakfast was included and was buffet style - plenty of it too. The room was comfy but freezing cold - we went in November - heating was via two radiators behind blackout curtains. The Air Con was only Air Con and did not pump any heat into the room. |

just the location. the staff were so rude,and the bed smelled bad,it was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever been in my life.also the breakfast was too bad.during my stay they didn't even clean the bathroom. |

Proximity to attractions. As I stated above, I felt I received a less desireable room because of the discount rate I paid. If I had paid a higher price found on other travel websites, I would have been really disappointed with this particular room. |

Location is TOP in the City Center from Amsterdam. The room was to cold - the heater was working but to small for this big room. |

The staff very friendly and efficient especially at breakfast as it got busy and there was only 1 or 2 staff but they worked very efficiently and were pleasant.They upgraded ue to the Bootz suite as it was my husband's birthday while we were there. That was very nice too.The bed (mattress pads) pillows and duvet were so comfortable and cosy, very good. The cleaner for our room didn't seem to ever clean the sinks or the surrounding black marble around the sink properly and it always looked grubby and soap scummed, when she did decide to do it one day it looked as though she quickly wiped it with a used towel. Other than the bathroom it all seemed fine. |
