Hotel Medemblik is situated in a charming town set on one of Europe's largest inland lakes, the IJsselmeer. Ideally located in the center of the city, you can walk around the town and park your car for free. All rooms are spacious and equipped with coffee and tea facilities as well as a private bathroom. Some rooms have a view of the harbor while others have a view of the center of town. Breakfast is served in the morning. The culinary restaurant Het Wapen van Medemblik serves tasty meals, from light lunches to dining menus. The hotel has a sunny conservatory where you can enjoy a drink or a cup of tea. Enjoy a city walk or one of the 3 museums in Medemblik. Ideal family beaches with shallow water are within a 15 minute walking distance. When weather is bad, guests can use the indoor pool at the Zuiderzee Bungalow Park. The location, comfort and above all the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was excellent The garage facility for our motor cycles was much appreciated. The dark decor give the bar and dining room a rather somber feel

Superschöne gemütliche sehr saubere Zimmer. So ein leckeres Frühstück, die Kinder waren am meisten begeistert - kleine Panecakes, kleine Croissants, kleine Schokocroissants und vieles mehr. Sehr lecker - wir kommen wieder. Familie Schernikau

Lekker ligbad. Ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel bij ontbijt. Het internet was in principe niet gratis. Gelukkig bleek ik wel gratis toegang te hebben met mijn account bij mijn eigen provider, die een dochteronderneming is van kpn, maar het scheelde weinig of ik had een 1-uurs toegangskaartje gekocht voor € 6,–, wat dus helemaal niet nodig bleek te zijn. Omdat hotels geen bijzonder hoge kosten hebben aan het gebruik van internet, zou het in principe gratis of heel goedkoop moeten zijn, vind ik.

Wij vonden hier rust ruimte en comfort. Parkeren ging goed, maar zou onder omstandigheden wel eens problemen kunnen geven. Doen de mogelijkheden zich voor, dan komen wij zeker terug. Parkeermogelijkheden

heerlijk rustig hotel, en nette ontvangst, en keurige goede en simpele menukaart evenals een goed ontbijt. de minibar is komen te vervallen, daarvoor in de plaats een achterlijke automaat op de gang. de koffie die in het restaurant wordt geschonken evenals de koffie op je kamer is verschrikkelijke kwaliteit

Ontbijt prima, van alles genoeg, ruime keuze. De hond mag ook overal komen, wat het nog leuker maakt. ruime kamers, 35 m2. Voor ons was het kussen aan de dunne kant, en op de kamer waren geen extra kussens aanwezig. Badkamerventilatie; na het douchen bleef de badkamer erg lang nat doordat de vochtige lucht niet dmv mechanische ventilatie wordt afgezoge, ook kan er geen raam open.
