Brilliant location with the tram stop right outside the doosmall the metro a 5mins walk away. Very friendly staff and were always happy to help, Convenient business centre in the basement, very nice bar in the front.

The room was quite small

Struggled to find some amenities in close proximity to the hotel.

i bought some food outside and wanted to heat them in Hotel, while different staff give me different answers, some one said okay but another said it was not allowed. i feel depressed.

Superior room on the 6th floor with a stunning view on Erasmusbrug, spacious, clean and bright, sea design. Really worth that money. Breakfast was also nice. Tram stop to the station is opposite the entrance. Quiet and very cozy area.

Standard room is really small, especially bathroom. Superior room only.

Perfect view over the river and harbour, Wifi works good, European breakfast is like it should be :) a small 10 min walk to the main shopping center. Next to the hotel there's the possibility to make a 75 minute harbour tour through the port of Rotterdam.

Position was excellent No 7 Tram stops right outside and we had an excellent view . staff excellent and breakfast was good too.

Very small rooms...very!!

Not far from the center, lovely view of the Erasmus bridge and the harbour. Friendly staff, comfy bed, overall everything one might look for in a place to sleep.

The window was broken and did not open and the breakfast price was completely over the top.

good location & food, efficient service.

Had booked a superior room but room was still extremley small with only view of external staircase directrly outside my window and other rooms. Room was cold when entering.

The room is bigger than I thought although it is a bit smaller than the hotel next to it. Value back as the room is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is good and it can tank us till late afternoon.

If the double beds room can use a full bed which not 2 single together, it will be better. Then, my kid (18 months old) can sleep and play between us.

On arrival requested a room with a bath and paid a little bit extra. We found ourselves in a really nice room with super views. Breakfast choice was good and ample to set us up for the day.

Very clean and quiet, great location, good value for its location. Very helpful and friendly staff (both reception and the restaurant). The room might feel small but it's compact and has all basics one would need.

One night internet wasn't working properly (a bit annoying when it's an extra). Otherwise all good.
