Friendly welcome on arrival, room was very much to our liking with view over river Maas. Breakfast was plentiful. Short walk to all means of public transport. Ongoing roadworks on doorstep otherwise location perfect. |

Helpful staff. Excellent frequent tram service to city centre from outside hotel. Great views of the river and Erasmus bridge. You need to ask for a room with a view when you book, as the 'view' from the inside rooms over an inner yard is very dreary. We were visiting the film festival and the hotel was a bit away from the centre, so quiet in the evenings, which suited us. We thought that the extra charge for the breakfast was very expensive at 17 euros - and not a very good breakfast either! They ought to include it in the room price - or charge a fair price and improve the quality, as other hotels do. |

No Fuss. Use of wireless can be more flexible. One 24 hour option not enough. Sell 6 hour options. |

Close to city centre. Breakfast was good Breakfast expensive. Charges for internet use expensive. The first room I was allocated was tiny and nowhere to put a computer, it was ok after I was upgraded. |

I like the room. it was very comfortable, bc I was worried about small sizes about which was written on site, but it was very cosy, view on the river and the bridge was amaizing. Hotel staff was good, breakfast was typically european. Very comfortable location - 3 min walk to the closest metro station and 10 min walk to the centrum of the Rotterdam. Breakfast assortiment repeated every day... |

In addition to the above features, location within sight of the beautiful Erasmus bridge. Entry/exit needs a ramp of some sort so luggage can be moved in/out more easily. Also, when weather is wet, the smooth surface stairs become slippery. I did fall once, going down--luckily without injury. |

Breakfast was really yummy! The location was excellent and with beautiful views of the river and landmark bridges. Pillows were uncomfortable, the rooms were simple. |

The hotel was located very close to the Ahoy exhibition centre and although the view from the hotel was not great in November, would probably be OK in the summer. Parking was expensive - but I am told that this is normal for Rotterdam |

Great location right on the river next to the majestic bridge. A 10min walk from the huge shopping area. Some good local restaurants within a short walk. A quite location, friendly staff and comfortable accomodation with good air conditioning in rooms. No immediate parking (local parking available but is expensive and far enough away to get wet if its raining) and during our stay it was difficult to drive to the front of the hotel as there is extensive construction activity as they lay new tram lines arround the hotel area. Rooms were quite small (twin beds) but were kepy very clean on a daily basis. |
