The staff was very friendly and welcoming in all ways. It was very noisy, you could hear everything the neighbors did, especially in the hallway and the stairs. |

The room was spacious for 4 people and it was nice to have our own shower and toilet and bump-out window. I did not like the steep stairway climb to get up to our room. I did not like having to put such a high deposit down for towels, the key, and the remote control. |

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . However ,the breakfast was OK. It was an extremely noisy hotel , with people making noise in the stairs and in the neighbouring rooms the whole night. You could hear people having sex throughout the night.It was impossible to sleep at night. It was dirty. The drainingsystem in the shower did not function-so we had water from the room above coming up into our shower.We saw a mouse running in the breakfastroom,and the staff was quite aware of it,but the took no actions to it. It was a terrible hotel - the pictures on their homeside is really not the reality. I |

It was a good price in a good location. However, the price was reflected in the over-all comfort of the room The breakfast was horrible! I like my food and I eat pretty much anything, but it was all very bland and no choice/selection really. The coffee came from a vending machine! Yuk! |

Location of hotel is great!, staff is nice, of course this is not a many star hotel, but for a cheap in the middle of city hotel for not many nights its nice, breakfast staff is friendly, ok hotel for a fun stay in amsterdam central. A little noisy, but they did inform us of this so it was no problem, no AC but we kinda knew that as well, |

Just easy way after check in and it is possible to come back to the room any time. Well, in my opinion it is strange to take an security money for the towel, even you get it back during check out procedure.Sometimes it can be a bit noisy, but mostly form other quests next door. |

Schmale, enge Treppen - nichts für Konditionsschwache oder Ältere mi Problemen beim Treppensteigen !!! Kein Fahrstuhl !!! Für Handtücher und Fernbedienung/Key sind 5 EUR/Stk. bzw. 10 EUR/Room zu hinterlegen. Man darf nicht zuviel erwarten - Amsterdam ist teuer und das Hotel recht günstig, das sagt schon alles. Wer nach vorne raus sein Zimmer hat: Ohropax nicht vergessen. |

Appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore con scale ripidissime difficili da salire e scendere soprattutto con le valigie. Per poter avere asciugamani, chiavi della stanza e telecomando della tv abbiamo dovuto dare in cauzione 20 € per paura che ci fregassimo le cose! Colazione scarsa e non di ottima qualità. Stanza completamente diversa da come era raffigurata nelle foto al momento della prenotazione, senza nessun serivizio e non adeguatamente pulita. Letto scomodo e lenzuola poco pulite. Da evitare!! |

Boli sme velmi spokojni s ranajkami, tak isto jedalen je prijemna, personal mily. Hotel je na dobrom mieste, nedaleko rusnych miest, pritom pokojny. Hotel vyzeral osumelo, dost nam vadil zapach na chodbach. Cela ubytovacia cast ma viac charakter ubytovne ako hotela. |
