Very friendly staff, gave us directions/explanations/suggestions about everything we asked. Relatively near the city centre. Excellent service. We loved it! Absolutely marvelous. Will definatelly stay there again when we visit Amsterdam. |

The staff is very helpful and very gentle. There is a very cosy atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for a getaway weekend. His location close to the jordaan neighbourhood is great. There was a litlle smell of cigarette in the room |

Huge jacuzzi and friendly staff made the trip great, a great location too. We got two single beds stuck together which kept parting instead of one double bed, very unimpressed. |

The hotel staff were very kind a the service was discreet. Rooms were full of feeling and I think they were big enough. I think the breakfast was good. I can recommend this hotel for people who appreciate the service and are willing to pay for it. |

Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast Bathrooms very small and dangerous when stepping out around the shower screen. Dark decor. |

Staff were very helpful looking after our bags prior to check in. Nice location away from the main strip but near bars and restaurants. |

I arrived on my own,and i couldnt have been treated better.The staff were so friendly i didnt feel nervous at all.I can't wait to go back with friends. |

Design comfort (the bed was awesome) only one bad point it was to single bed ok for that but please make the bed with only one big cover and not two small cover |

The staff was very very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms and the common areas were clean and well kept. The location was great-very close to major transportation, shopping, dining and many of the sights in Amsterdam. I will be staying here again when I travel to Amsterdam. |

The hotel is in a nice, quiet street quite near the city center. The room was really small and everything is equipped with red carpets and red colours also inside the room which is not very relaxing. |

The bordello-like decoration of the bar area is a must see even when not staying at this hotel. They should change locations and move to the red light district! I've stayed in many hotels in Amsterdam over the years. The price of the The Toren rooms is far over rated. For 50% less this hotel would be ok to stay in when visiting Amsterdam. |

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room, while small, was incredibly comfortable. The location was also amazing. Loved it. |

The attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. They couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. That's from reception staff to waiters chambermaids etc |

It's very near from Anne Frank hous. Hotel staffs are very friendly. The room was a bit small, but confortable. Nothing. |

Reception staff very helpful and spoke good English. Also good to have a Hertz airport service available from the hotel lobby. Would have liked to have some fresh fruit available at breakfast. Nice to have coffee and a kettle in my room, but coffee and milk not replaced after I use the initial portion. |

Loved the hotel perfect location, great view of th canal, excellent beds and showers, free use of Nespresso machine and assortment of teas. The "Gothic bordello" look isn't for everyone, but done tastefully and is fun for a few days. Clean - the 10-arm black crystal chandelier in the room did not have a speck of dust on it! |
