Ystävällinen, avulias henkilökunta. Siistit julkiset tilat ja huone. Hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti, kävelymatka kaikkiin keskustan kohteisiin. Vanhan rakennuksen ahtaus, mikä tosin on osa hotellin luonnetta, mm pieni kylpyhuone. |

Lämminhenkinen ja viihtyisä hotelli. Hyvä sijainti. Erinomainen aamiainen. Auliisti neuvova ja asiat tietävä henkilökunta. Huoneet pienehköt, - oli etukäteen tiedossa.. |

Aamiainen oli hyvä, tosi se maksoi aika tavalla. Oli tietenkin kovin outoa hinnoittelussa, että viikonloppu oli kallein, kun se Suomessa ja naapurimaissa oln yleensä arkipäiviä halvempi. Baarihinnat olivat hyvin edullisia Suomeen verrattuna. Ihmetytti yhdessä matkaoppaassa ollut maininta hotellin ikkunattomista huoneista, ehkä se tarkoitti huoneemme näköalattomuutta eli sisäkuiluun näkymää? Kuten mainitsin, niin hintaan olisi voinut sisältyä aamiainen, ehkä vähän niukempana kuin nyt, mutta lisätilauksena olisi saanut extrajuttuja? Hotellissa voisi olla hotellikirja aulassa, mistä saisi vinkkejä lähialueen kaupoista, paveluista, ravintoloista, museoiden aukioloista yms. Nyt vasta parin päivän päästä löysimme nurkilta erinomaisen viinikaupan ja etsimme ruokakaupan sijaintia turhaan. |

Very friendly staff, gave us directions/explanations/suggestions about everything we asked. Relatively near the city centre. Excellent service. We loved it! Absolutely marvelous. Will definatelly stay there again when we visit Amsterdam. |

The staff is very helpful and very gentle. There is a very cosy atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for a getaway weekend. His location close to the jordaan neighbourhood is great. There was a litlle smell of cigarette in the room |

Huge jacuzzi and friendly staff made the trip great, a great location too. We got two single beds stuck together which kept parting instead of one double bed, very unimpressed. |

The hotel staff were very kind a the service was discreet. Rooms were full of feeling and I think they were big enough. I think the breakfast was good. I can recommend this hotel for people who appreciate the service and are willing to pay for it. |

The staff was very very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms and the common areas were clean and well kept. The location was great-very close to major transportation, shopping, dining and many of the sights in Amsterdam. I will be staying here again when I travel to Amsterdam. |

The hotel is in a nice, quiet street quite near the city center. The room was really small and everything is equipped with red carpets and red colours also inside the room which is not very relaxing. |

The bordello-like decoration of the bar area is a must see even when not staying at this hotel. They should change locations and move to the red light district! I've stayed in many hotels in Amsterdam over the years. The price of the The Toren rooms is far over rated. For 50% less this hotel would be ok to stay in when visiting Amsterdam. |

The attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. They couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. That's from reception staff to waiters chambermaids etc |
