Hotellet ligger i ett mycket trevligt område i Amsterdam. Väldigt centralt men ändå i ett lugnt kvarter. Rummet var mycket smakfullt inrett och trivsamt. Tyvärr var sängarna inte speciellt bekväma. |

Stor personal som var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Helt och fräscht. Bra och prisvärd frukost. Nespressomaskin på rummet. Vårt rum, som nog är den minsta sorten, hade ett fräscht badrum med badkar. Hotellet har mörka väggar och golv men det är tänkt så. De undviker att få in solljus så det blir ganska murrigt. Lite mindre rum än vad vi tänkt oss.Synd att det aldrig ska gå att få en rättvis bild av detta i förväg (det gör ju också att hotellen får sälja mindre rum, vi hade säkert uppgraderat oss lite om vi vetat om detta). |

Läget var jättebra. Lagom nära centrum och ändå tyst och avskilt. Personalen var jättetrevlig och rummet precis som vi förväntat oss. Extra plus för badkar och stort badrum. Kassaskåp på rummet som vi fick nyckel till utan extra kostnad!!! Jättebra! Ena tandborstglaset hade rester av tandkräm (?) kvar på botten. Sängborden var inte ordentligt dammade. Ena sänglampan var trasig. Lite slarvigt, alltså. Dessutom kändes det som om det var genomtänkt (liksom att det saknades badrock - vilket man kunde få genom att kontakta receptionen) för att det skulle finnas en anledning att hämta hem dricks. Kan vara min misstänksamhet, men.... |

Very friendly staff, gave us directions/explanations/suggestions about everything we asked. Relatively near the city centre. Excellent service. We loved it! Absolutely marvelous. Will definatelly stay there again when we visit Amsterdam. |

The staff is very helpful and very gentle. There is a very cosy atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for a getaway weekend. His location close to the jordaan neighbourhood is great. There was a litlle smell of cigarette in the room |

Huge jacuzzi and friendly staff made the trip great, a great location too. We got two single beds stuck together which kept parting instead of one double bed, very unimpressed. |

The hotel staff were very kind a the service was discreet. Rooms were full of feeling and I think they were big enough. I think the breakfast was good. I can recommend this hotel for people who appreciate the service and are willing to pay for it. |

The staff was very very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms and the common areas were clean and well kept. The location was great-very close to major transportation, shopping, dining and many of the sights in Amsterdam. I will be staying here again when I travel to Amsterdam. |

The hotel is in a nice, quiet street quite near the city center. The room was really small and everything is equipped with red carpets and red colours also inside the room which is not very relaxing. |

The bordello-like decoration of the bar area is a must see even when not staying at this hotel. They should change locations and move to the red light district! I've stayed in many hotels in Amsterdam over the years. The price of the The Toren rooms is far over rated. For 50% less this hotel would be ok to stay in when visiting Amsterdam. |
