Hotel Torenzicht  

Hotel is right in the heart of amsterdam, close to loads of coffee shops, bars, resturaunts and prostitutes.

Location is excellent, the staff are very reasonable and strict at the same time which is needed. I have stayed here several occasions and enjoy it every time.

Staff were very kind. Sense of humor and also very helpful.

If anything should i tell; rooms are a bit small.

The 24 hour bar makes for a fantastic place to relax after a lively night out, which is never far away given its central location! The staff are very good fun and very willing to try and answer questions or give information. The night staff were particularly diligent in regards to safety and extremely polite which meant we could really relax in the bar area. Despite a slight odor in one of the showers, they were clean, as were the toilets and we received fresh towels AND hand towels everyday. (This was a bonus as we had assumed we may have to bring our own, given the price)

There is nothing that stands out as 'bad' about this hotel. Sure, the rooms could do with a rehash- the beds are a little creaky, the carpets slightly marked but they were not dirty or sticky. The rooms only served as a crash-pad if anything! Get out and see the city instead!!!!

The Hotel room as well as toilet are clean enough. Most importantly hotel stuffs are really nice and helpful. Hotel is in famous red light district area, so are lots of things to watch for bachelors and hotel also have an bar. Breakfast is good.

Basic but clean, friendly and from a locatioon point of view you will not beat it! Ifyou are going as a group, even though this is a bargain, dont let this put you off it is the best located hotel I have ever stayed in for partying.....right in the ,middle of the red light district. Breakfast was awesome to be fair, again for the price I was very pleasently suprised!!

For the price we paid, it would be very rude to state negatives lol. All in all great place!!

There are quite steep steps to room. This could be a problem for some people.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located in the city centre so its really easy to walk from there to everywhere else. The breakfast has all the essencial things to start in the day. It isn't cheap but compared to other hotels its a very good price.

Location location location. The rebuilding of the canal in front for the last 2 years has messed up the view there. But otherwise the Torenz works fine for me.

Great location, staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

The wifi was only available on the first floor and barely worked.

Visited the cityon a stag do from uk and the location combined with price is excellent, especially as it included a decent english breakfast in the price. 24 hour bar was extremely useful. Despite it's budget status, the rooms were clean, comfortable and the shared facilities were always clean.

The only downside is that your included breakfast is only available between 9am - 10am. More flexibility here would be a good idea.

we had a really nice room comfortable bed and good veiw also it was right in the middle of the red light district and not to far from the train station

the stairs are very very steep up to the room and when we went down for breakfast in the morning there was nothing left,the tables were full of dirty dishes and i had to ask for some food to be cooked even though they only serve for 1 hour.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Mitten in der Stadt, cool.

прямо в районе красных фонарей! это очень круто. внизу бар, в котором можно примерно после 12 курить. в это время он открыт только для тех, кто живет в хостеле.окна выходили на девушек

контингент соответствует улице красных фонарей. но это даже придает определенную пикантность.

前台的服务员态度很好！

此酒店是我欧洲之行住的最贵的酒店，也是最不满意的酒店，性价比低。公共浴室，浴室与厕所一起，转身都难，- 小的可怜！，房间超小，床超小，楼下是红灯区，吵到凌晨才安静下来，把窗户关起来，房间有一股难闻的气味，- 打开，楼下又吵得无法入睡！第二天整个人都没精神，郁闷！

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant et sécurisant. Malgré que la chambre était petite, elle était très propre.

Temps très limité pour prendre le petit déjeuner (9h à 10h) qui n'était pas très appétissant.
