Confortable and tastefully furninshed small hotel with very friendly staff and quiet location. We found this the perfect stay while visiting a busy city and the location was within a short walk of the tram, restaurants and Vondelpark. Very enjoyable stay.

I loved the location close to the park and if you are feeling fit you can walk from the park into the city if not you can get the tram which is also close by. We hired bikes which was lovely to see around the city. Our room was the little attic room which was very cute. The best thing was the jacuzzi bath after a long day sightseeing. Value for money is excellant.

With a new carpet and some new wallpaper the room would be wonderful.

the staff at the reception is terrific, couldn't be better; the interior of the hotel is very comfortable and appealing to the eye; the location is perfect for those who prefer a calm and respectable neighbourhood and love walking in a park

it was a nice setting in a quiet area but the best part was the desk staff who were extremely helpful and kind and thoughtful

Beautifully decorated. History of hotel was interesting. One of the prettiest view on the terrace i have encountered. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is located outside of Amsterdam city centre and in a more residential area but it backs up to Vogel Park. The hotel rents bikes and we rode bikes through the park and to the city centre, Anne Frank House, Rembrandt House and many other locations. I loved the hotel. Clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent and very helpful getting us to the tram and marking routes on our maps. 5 stars!

Excellent location - a very pleasant part of town away from the centre but still within easy reach of the centre by tram or even walking if you are energetic. The Vondel Park was also pleasant for a morning walk and to look out on during breakfast. Breakfast was good and the facility of a lounge was a definite plus as they are not always available in such hotels. Staff were pleasant and friendly, though one did mess up the parking arrangements; this was, however, sorted out satisfactorily.

We were asked to pay for the room in full before we had even seen it. I think this is bad practice.

The location of the hotel is a bit of a distance from the high tourist areas, but has very easy access to trams that take you to them. Easy ride and didn't take much time. We did walk back to the hotel so that is an option as well. The room was quite nice though a bit cramped. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is great. Some good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Reading lights above the bed were very low light, so made it difficult to read. There was a big wet spot on the carpet of our room, which I found by walking without shoes on. Opted out of breakfast as it is overpriced.
