The staff are very nice. They event arranged a car to take us to TEFAL. On arrival, while we had to wait for our room, a girl offered us nice soup. The design is very cosy, and staff are nice and professional, very helpful. I will surely recommend this hotel to friends. No phone in the room.

The staff were delightfully human and engaged with me as a fellow human being, rather than an abstract thing labelled 'customer'. The design of the room was frankly silly and fell on the gimmicky side of style. Piles of ridiculous books next to the frankly hideous bed with its horrible pink bolster pillow. Too many lamps and a jumble if stuff trying too hard to be fun and looking simply tacky. But I slept ok and it was for just one night.

It really is a "design" hotel, very tastefully decorated. The reception/restaurant area has a wonderful cosy atmosphere and its great to hang around with the other guests. The staff are very friendly. We also received a free room upgrade when we checked in. A kettle for coffee/tea in the room would have been great.

Very conveniently located beside the train station and close to pubs, restaurants, shopping and city sights. Pumpkin soup on check-in was a welcome treat given the bitter cold outside, and the staff at reception couldn't have been nicer.

Great hotel! Worth every euro we spent, even though it was just for a few hours of sleep! I wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful designs. Homely hotel, near the trainstation and all the shops. What more do you want! Breakfast could be a bit expensive, however, we did not have the chance to try it, so we cant say for sure if it was not worth the money.

A really nice place, walking distance to the nice squares of Maastricht. The hotel is clean, big and with everything you need. Much cheaper than any other place (we kept it cheap because we opted out for breakfast which is 17euros a person a day!) and still beautiful simple design with helpful friendly staff. Great weekend - we were all pleased with the accommodation choice! Although the breakfast looked very impressive, we thought it was a bit expensive considering the price of accommodation. Good for a lazy weekend bruch (it's open til 12 on sat and sun) but a bit much for a quick weekday bite.

I absolutely loved this place. It's probably the cutest hotel i have been to and the first one where i felt really gokd even if travelling alone. The staff was friendly, pumpkin soup amazing, breakfast delicious, wifi working, location super great.....and the design speaks for itself! The atmosphere of this hotel is one of a kind. If u stay in maastricht, this should be your number one choice There was really really cold in the room and also in the public areas

Pleasant and friendly staff. Young and enthusiastic to help and look after their guests. The one and only negative point was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Late at night, was does not really want to have to bother going down to the reception/lobby to avail of a cup of tea/coffee.

The informal atmosphere aimed at a younger public although the hotel is announced as a design-hotel, the design was not to my taste, to many gimmicks and jokes, like the painted coffee machine in the room , which was lacking in reality, the funny ants on the walls of the corridor, which however reminded me otherwise more of a hygienic hospital space. The bed in the rather cramped bedroom, looked also like a hospital-bed, to high to be comfortable

1) Cleanliness 2) Breakfast 3) location 4) As it was a Christmas eve, the hotel kept a wine bottle as a Christmas Gift 1) It was terrible that our room was in a Fire Exit, we could hear noise in the stairs 2) The pillows were very uncomforatble. Very hard. Need to have better pillows

Staff were really friendly and it's in an easy location to walk into the city and the train station. Very safe. Great breakfast and little extras like soup on check in. It was expensive for what it was and the rooms were quite basic.

Excellent location – a few minute’s walk from the railway station. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast choice. A very different hotel to the norm! The bed was far too big for the room, a smaller bed would give more space in what was a small room. Also needs a phone and tea/coffee facilities. Dining room needs individual tables not the long "all together" tables used.

Great location, staff, and very nice room. The parking for €22 is a bit expensive, given that there is €11 parking at the nearby station.
