Great location

Rooms far too small

Location: near museums and concert hall, on several tram routes to centre of town. Some staff very helpful. Self service breakfast was plenty and good choice.

Beds not made daily, scruffy public areas. Some staff not very helpful. Our room smelled of the chinese restaurant downstairs, some days it was nauseating.

Location: Very near tram/train staion & Museum row is just 5 minutes walk while Vondelpark where Hard Rock is about 15 minutes. Central Station/Red Light District a quick tram ride. Staff: Very knowledgeable about the city & can converse well in English. Breakfast: Great variety, not the usual croissant/bread breakfast. Definitely value for money.

Firstly the price of the hotel and the facilities provided are really bad. There was a price drop after a week i reserved the place and the manager didn't lower the price. Secondly the room are very dirty old and smelly. It is in a very bad condition. I would suggest that for the same price there are many hotels couple of kms far away and much better.

The location is great, fine breakfast, fast free internet access

Really good location for Museums, Leidsesplein festivities (Queens Day), very friendly and helpful reception manager, complimentary breakfast, nice clean room and shower/toilet facilities

Area was nice. Did not like anything about the hotel.

We arrived in the budget Trianon hotel. And we were sent to their sister hotel(hostel) the inner hotel.It was dirty with marks all over the walls,and very very noisy.We are a young couple and were put next to rooms full of backpackers.Smell of sewage from the bathroom.No way to open the one window in ceiling and we could not even look out of. .No bar.No double bed.i feel the page for the budget Trianon hotel does not reflect what is actually on offer.I Will not use this site again because I can not trust the information it gives.

≫Very bad backpackers hostel. Unclean, unfriendly, bad bathroom facilities, no place to socialise and not even cheap. I had to pay 36 euros of tourist tax on top of the 35 euros I paid for a bed for one night. I usually like staying in backpacker hostels but this is really one of the worst places I have been to. Dont go there!

I really enjoyed the excellent location the hotel has. It's quite close to the museimplaz and other attractions

We have a problem with the room reservation but they Resolved it quickly

The location was great, easy to get around with public transport. So many museums in walking distance, and a supermarket right across the road. Really easy to get lots done and see as much as possible in a short time.

The walls were thin and I could hear the couple next door and that really spoiled my stay.

Well designed, staff very friendly, inexpensive, clean good vibe, nice breakfast. A great value for money.

Near the tram station. Cheap price with breakfast ( 60 Euro/ night)

We booked a double room but stayed in small dom room with 4 beds in 4th flour and the lift could go to 3rd floor only, so we have to carry our luggages upstairs. The window glass was broken made me a little bit worry with heavy wind in Amsterdam. The bathroom was quite cold to take a shower in cold weather.

Very basic hotel but clean friendly and very cheap compared to most in Amsterdam. Walkable into city, buses and trams frequent too. Bus from airport very easy. Continental breakfast OK.

Bit noisy in the evenings. No carpets so hear other guests moving around. Lots of youngsters not the quietest or considerate!

The shower, big bad, hair dryerin the room, nice breakfast - enough for one traveller

The room was right above the kitchen. All noices and smells from kitchen were heard and that was really disturbing

Nothing. The breakfast was half way redeeming. They should have better bread though.

Rooms were far too small No storage for luggage - fell over everyone's bags as you walk in the room Bunkbeds were less than 2 feet apart. Says there is laundry, there is not Staff were not helpful or forthcoming with information, they just lectured everyone about not smoking in the room Cleanliness is questionable - the first day there was housekeeping, but no other days, and I was there for 3 nights. Trash was overflowing.

It's basic and not exactly suited to a romantic getaway, but if you don't plan to spend much time in your room it's perfect. A great price for a private room with bathroom.

If pushed, my only complaint is that, even with my radiator turned off, the heating was set far to high for my liking.

Close to centrum

Very cold in the room and about 5 degrees in the bathroom (really bad windows) even though the heater was working max. The breakfast could have been much better.

I think that double bed should looks like big bed for two people... Not two small beds :)

Location was great, hotel had potential to be fantastic, but we had bed bugs in our room, none of the staff cared, wouldn't move us or compensate us.

Bed bugs! Multiple bugs, we've all had to dry clean all of our clothes at our own expense, got no sleep, awake itching all night, wouldn't move us to another room or even help us find alternate accommodation. Awful, expensive experience.

The location of the hotel. It is just few meters away from the public transport

The hotel allotted me a bed on 4th floor and there is no lift to 4th floor. Upper portion of the bunk bed was allotted me. The bed is not safe as there is no grill or support on one side. It is very danagerours for upper beds. I did request the staff to allot me a bed ion 3rd floor but they refused.

The Inclusive Breakfast was good!

Price. Close to center.

Inexpensive, good location, good breakfast.No bed bugs in my room in January. Free wifi.

The room was very small. The bathroom looked dirty and wery old.
