Miła, młoda obsługa (głównie studenci pracujący w trakcie wakacji). Mimo braku profesjonalizmu, bardzo mili i pomocni. To działa!!! Design! Zbyt kontrastowe zestawienia kolorów. Niby modern, ale na niezbyt wysokim poziomie... |

Spacious room, easy access next to a highway, good fitness facilities, good internet facilities, friendly and efficient reception staff. Interior design rather cold, restaurant menu very limited and restaurant staff unfriendly and unprofessional, no room service. |

location - rooms basic but done well no room service - no wifi had to sit at the desk with a cable - lighting is not very good, sadly the road is noisy but then you know it before you arrive |

We loved the bright modern design. The place had a luxurious feel but at not much more than budget price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. Handy to both Delft centre (10-15 minute walk) and to the motorway. |

The staff were quite helpful in getting me into my room early in the day after traveling straight from USA I'm not sure I liked the kiosks for automated checkout. They weren't that busy to need. |

The hotel has a really modern touch about it: architecture, decorations, facilities. Has a couple of nice meeting rooms as well. Hotel staff is very helpful and polite. A little bit pricy. Your reservation does not include breakfast or Wifi connection. Breakfast is about 12E, Wifi 12.5E/24h. That's a lirrle bit overexaggerated. Nothing comes for free here. |

Excellent receptionist service. Excellent quality of room service. Requires a more cost efficient internet connection for travellers, this is a basic for hotels in the new information world. I have been travelling for 4 monthts before arriving at Tulip Inn and only London had a more expensive internet connection fee. |

Wonderful hotel, beautiful design and furnitures, room really nice and I like this use of Ikea furnitures for all, quiet (countryside side) , one of my favourite this year, very practical situation between Den Haag and Rotterdam , access and parking easy and free. |

Very good, fairly priced restaurant. Good layout of the hotel - the big road, which runs next to the hotel can hardly be heard in the room. Very nice hotel, but even with special offer slightly too expensive for me. Internet is not included. |

The design. Nice breakfast and breaksfast room. Good size rooms, and bathroom. It's location is too far from the city center of Delft, needed to go by bus. |

I liked the design of the hotel which was imaginative. The location is good, just off the main highway but quiet. The views were fine. The bed was soft. The cleanliness was so so (garbage not changed). |

Everything was just perfect! The staff was very kind, helpful, smiling people who have understood that the "qualitif of the service" starts with a warm welcome! The hotel is really beautiful in a modern and design point of view (the Atrium, the nice fireplace, the minimalist flowers decoration...). The restaurant has a short carte (so not a wide choice) but the food was fresh, simply cooked, very tasty and sincerely excellent. Maybe the bathroom where everything was too white and make me feel like in an hospital... Maybe the hotel should had add few pieces of colour... |

excellent value for money, everything's brand new and very functional. the hotel has free parking, it's next to Ikea but only about 15 min walk to the centre of Delft, you can rent bikes in the hotel i did not like the machines installed for self-check in/out. very impersonal and it was funny cause they still had to be operated by staff but I guess that's the future |
