I liked good cleaning, fresh and comfortable beds, good ventilation and warm light) Reception guides were very pleasant and helpful. Free WiFi at first floor was useful! At the number 412 the table was very close to the bed, so it was hard to walk between them (a little). The arrangement of light switchers could be better (I think, that switchers for room and bathroom were mistakenly displaced). |

The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs & complaints. When we we're there we got to meet a couple of ex-TOTO bandmembers, which was really cool. 1. The 1st morning we we're there, the scrambled eggs tasted horrible. The 2nd day they we're a bit better, but not entirely up to standards./ 2. The ac shuts down at night and it gets really hot in the room I first had (507 I think) The staff advised to used the small ventilator in the room, but this did not work. In the end, I ended up removing the "dekbed" from its "overtrekset" and just sleeping with only the "overtrekset"/ 3. last but not least, I think the cleaning staff left my window open in the morning after the cleaning, because when I returned to my room in the afternoon, there we're at least 15/20 dead flies/ bugd lying on the carpet |

Everything was ok. Nothing to claim. As the road is under construction is a litlle bit dificult to find the hotel at this moment. |

It was a restful stay. There were not many guests. Nice breakfast. The hotel looks a bit poor from the outside. However, inside it was nice. No air conditioning in any of the rooms and just a very very small window to open. Unfortunately, it was to warm at night to sleep well. |

there was not any air conditioning in our room and no windows to open, we were staying in early summer, so we had to upgrade and pay more to have a room with a window that opened but still no air conditioning. no air conditioning |

The staff were friendly & professional. Hotel was bright & decor was interesting (large African carvings & lots of them). We got an upgrade to a suite. Towels a bit on the thin side & the toilet separate from en suite - but that was acceptable for price. |

Location--very accessable to train station and is centrally located. I have stayed at this hotel at least once for the past 5 years and I do like the room rate that includes breakfast. There were 3 tour groups in the hotel and the restaurant was under staffed to handle that many people. It made breakfast unpleasant for those of us that were independent travelers. |

breakfast and location the bed! a double bed that splits in the middle should have a guard that does not allow this to happen. In addition the bed was very uncomfortable |

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly! I was in Zoetermeer for a great show (Greg Howe and band). Surprisingly the band stayed at the hotel too!! All perfect, nothing wrong, except that I missed the masterclass with Greg Howe... |

The staff was exceptional. Not often found in Holland. I didn't like the fact that rooms have been as low as 65euros/night but that is all dependant on what online hotel booking service you went through. If Booking.com is to be competitive then perhaps getting the best possible price would be a benchmark that would set aside Booking.com from the rest. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, een misverstand over ja/nee ontbijt werd vlot aangepast. Personeel toonde eigen initiatief. Badkamerdeur kon niet dicht. Dit was duidelijk een gebrek dat langer bestond. Duidt op een gebrek aan controle van de werkzaamheden van het huishoudelijk personeel. Geeft aan dat de communicatie niet optimaal is. |

oubollig hotel waarvan duidelijk is dat het de beste tijd gehad heeft. Verveloos, Slecht onderhoud. Kortom nog even en de stekker zal eruit gaan, tenzij....grondig renovatie plaats vindt. Ik wens het management veel succes.. |
