The hotel was fine. I needed a place to stay for a night in Hilversum and it was fine. The rooms have been recently renovated and were comfortable. The location of the hotel -- it's not close to either the Media Park or downtown Hilversum.

Very nice modern and clean room, best price for value I had for my trip and pleasant hotel and environment. Walking distance from the center of town I booked a double room even though I travel alone because I like a big bed but in Holland you systematically get twin small beds...

Easy access, free parking and wireless internet. Availability of apartments with own kitchen. Location of the apartment section is some 300 meters away on a one-way street, which is not mentioned in the hotel information section. No shampoo in the room. Usage of hotel key card system a bit difficult before you learn it and in case key card problems the long distance to reception not very convenient. Anyways, I could recommend this hotel to someone with these improvement remarks.

slecht ontbijt, groene eieren, geen verse jus d''orange, geen aanvulling lege schalen, moest om gevraagd worden. tafels werden niet gedekt als gasten weggingen. moesten zelfs andere gasten placemats en bestek van onze tafel geven.Op de kamer koelkast waar zelfs geen flesjes water in stonden. haal dan koelkast weg. Hoop dat service verbeterd.. proberen het misschien dan nog eens.

Gewoon een rustig hotel. Geen toeters en bellen. Prijs voor ontbijt is aan de hoge kant. Kamers zijn goed ne rustig! Midden in het centrum maar toch rustig.

Het personeel, vooral aan de balie, was erg behulpzaam en attent. 1. De centrale verwarming kon de kamer niet voldoende verwarmen. 2. Er was geen stopkontakt voor de warmwaterketel, tenzij je deze op het bed balanceerde.

We hebben het gewoon goed getroffen met kamer 44. Bij de ontbijtbar waren de kaasplakken gedeeltelijk uitgedroogd. Worst en kaas afdekken, dan is het probleempje opgelost!

Locatie en kamer waren zeker in orde. Ook personeel was vriendelijk. De matige bezetting van het restaurant spoorde de kok schijnbaar niet aan. Het eten was uitgesproken slecht voor wat betreft het voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht. Meeste leek opgewarmd.
