Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and in a good state. There was no heating in the room and only summer duvets but the bed was a good one. It was the end of November. |

The staff were accommodating and kind. The room was comfortable and clean, if a bit on the small side. The WiFi is shocking - they should not be able to advertise the hotel with this service. The WiFi just keeps dropping off. The breakfast choices were limited. |

In the last day , it was a turkish man very friendly and smiling, trying to improve the entire bad imagine .Ten points for him ! More than this , it is very easy to find the hotel from central station. Repair the system of evacuation ! I prefered to go to restaurant and use the toilet instead of going in the bathroom . The smelt was incredible ! The worst I ever felt in my life ! |

Walking distance from Rotterdam Central Station around 10 minutes. Free wifi is how it should be and breakfast is decent. It is not the best area of the city, and the shopping center is more towards the other side of the Central Station. |

I really liked the fact that it is close to the station and good value for you money. The breakgast is sober, but ok. There was indeed a light sewer smell in the shower, but it was clean and everything worked allright. |

The price was good compared to the proximity to the railway station and zoo. The breakfast was not good. There was a fly happily swimming in the orange juice which i was looking forward to drink as there were only sandwich and cereals as breakfast option. The Bathroom smelled of strong bleach solution. |

Quartiere multietnico. Se si e' buoni cammionatori si puo' raggiungere il centro in 20 minuti.Colazione discreta. Wifi gratis.Complessivamente accettabile. Forse potrebbe costare un po' meno. |

It is near Central Station and the breakfast was very good. Another positive point is that there is a elevator. The bathroom could be better. |

Near downtown Pay in check in, retain money for the keycard. The atended complain in get back money if you checkout before the booked date. Give receipt only if asked for. |

Friendly staff, closeness to Main Railwaystation There was a nice lamp on the bedside table but as no power socket was nearby to plug the cable in the lamp had no real function! The switch for the lamp above the bed was hidden behind the headboard of the bed. I only could reach it when pulling the bed away - so again no real use! Tea-/coffeecups were not really clean, probably a problem with the dishwasher. Being in the Netherlands I would have expected more than one single choice of cheese for breakfast. On my booking confirmation the hotel was mentioned as strictly non-smoking. At my arrival I was informed that only the public spaces of the hotel are non-smoking and that it's up to the guests to smoke in their individual rooms or not. |
