Chambre propre, lits confortables, salle de bain et wc privés.

Le quartier de l'hôtel est peu animé, mais proche de la gare. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très satisfaisant (boissons pas très bonnes notamment). Le personnel est peu avenant.

L'hôtel est mal entretenu. Il y a une mauvaise odeur en entrant dans la chambre. La chambre est toute petite et le lit de très mauvaise qualité. Il faut payer avant de se rendre compte de tout ça. la télé ne marche pas, la salle de bain a des moisissures.... L'hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il est.

Breakfast was good, quite at night, big windows with nice view. Staff was very nice and helpfull!

The hotel says there's public parking in 11.5 euro per day, that's not quite correct. You have to buy a pre-paid parking card, and the closest shop, which is not so close and it takes time to find one, sells only 20 euro worth ticket for 23.5 euro, and it's 0.5 euro per 20 minutes, you do the math!

The hotel staff was nice. They agreed to change my room because I didn't like the room I got didn't have a table or a desk.The hotel is located at about 12-15 minutes of walking from the central train station.

The rooms had no air conditioning and were quite small. They also wanted to add a surcharge of 5%, if I paid by credit card. Very few hotels have such a policy. The breakfast was below expectations, for example they offered only about 3 types of meat specialities (salami & ham) and only one type of cheese. They offered no fresh vegetables (tomatoes, pepers or pickles), only olives. They also offered boiled eggs, marmelade and honey. There were no cakes or cookies. This food offering is at best what you expect at a 2 star hotel. They should certaonly improve the breakfast and not raise the price, which is quite high for the conditions provided. It seems that hotel rates in Rotterdam are quite high, which explains why you get these conditions at the same price you whould get 3 - 3.5 star hotel facilities elsewhere in the Netherlands. Another problem was that one day I didn't have Internet access for about 7 hours, but it was not their fault, it was because of the web-service provider.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for the price. I would stay here again.

Near to the train station, only 7 minutes by walking.

But the hotel seems dull and old, maybe due to the decoration style.

We chose it because of the price and because we needed a triple room. The location ok - quite close to central station. Wifi is a plus. The beds are nice and firm.

The bathroom in this triple room was pretty bad. Grubby and when you take a shower the whole floor gets wet and possible also your clothes.. Not good.

Location is quite nice, not far from centraal station by walking.

Facilities are not so good and old. Shower room's door cannot be closed.

Great hotel for the city centre just a 5-10 minute walk friendly staff and comfortable rooms clean and tidy.

It was a disappointing experience! I felt everywhere was unclean and uncomfortble. The room, washroom, floor, bed, oh, my God, I hate that feeling. It is the worst hotel I've been!
