If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Near to the houseboat there are small food shops, a supermarket, takeaway food and various restaurants.
The city centre is only a 25-minute walk away, through some of the most picturesque areas of Amsterdam.
The Jordaan area, one of the most pleasant parts of the city, is within a short walking distance. Here you will find a variety of old houses, small shops, nice restaurants and outdoor cafés.
Right across the road you will find Westerpark, which is Amsterdam’s new cultural and culinary area.
Please note that the hotel may request a deposit.
During summer and Christmas, the hotel should be informed at least 3 weeks in advance about your arrival time.

It was a perfect base for a few days in Amsterdam. The houseboat is very cosy. Liesbeth and Fred are very kind and helpfull. |

This place is a real gem and we will be returning. Outside the windows were a family of 9 Swans (7 signets) and other bird species. The owners let our 12 year old son paddle the canals on their wave ski and he made some friends with the Dutch children that had just begun their summer holidays. We also went to the concert at nearby Westerpark - Jason Mraz & Jos Stone, because the houseboat owner, Fred, downloaded the info for us. Close & convenient to main city centre & train station by bus, bike or tram. |

It was off the beaten track, away from the crowds, and offered us an opportunity living on an Amsterdam canal that gave us a more authentic foreign experience than staying in a regular hotel would have. |

Fred and Liesbeth, the owners of the houseboat, are lovely and kind people, always available to help us when we needed. The houseboat is located in a very quiet place, surrounded by trees. There was a family of swans cruising along the canal that would greet us every morning, along with other ducks. We loved it! |

It was a great change from staying in an impersonal 'typical' hotel (friendly & helpful owners, beautiful location, very relaxing and only a 25 min walk/15 min bus or tram ride into the centre of town). The fact its good value for money (whether as a single person or up to 4) makes it even better. |

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns Tipps zur Anreise und zur Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie zur Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Houseboat bietet genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Mir persönlich hat nicht gefallen, daß die Toilette keinen Deckel hatte. Aber meinen Freund hat dies nicht gestört. Da ist jeder Mensch eben anders. |

Hospedarse en un canal al lado de un molino, desayunar con una familia de cisnes pidiéndote comida, los grandes ventanales de la casa, la tranquilidad de la zona y el verdor de los alrededores, la cocina, cuyos utensilios eran mejores que los de mi casa, la cantidad de información acerca de Amsterdam que Fred, el dueño, te ofrecía tanto de palabra como en los archivadores y libros a los que teníamos a nuestra disposición, la independencia que tuvimos a pesar de que los dueños viven en la casa-barco de al lado, la cama supercómoda y grande... Quizás está más lejos de lo que esperábamos del centro (25 min andando a Central Station) y el autobús (con parada a menos de 5 min andando de la casa) daba tal rodeo que tampoco era rápido. |

Original, tres sympas de dormir sur l'eau. Il s'agit en fait d'un bungalow flottant, avec cuisine donc bcp d'espace, on peut y faire a manger si on le souhaite, pratique pour lepetit dej. Au calme, a 15 min du centre il faut compter 15 bonnes minutes en bus pour aller en centre ville, pour les amateurs de teuf, a oublier, mais tres bien pour un week end romantique |

Wunderbare Lage am Wasser, nahe zum Centrum, sehr nette vermieter Familie. Im Houseboat befand sich alles, was man zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Sauber, nett einfach Wunderbar!!! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. |

全てにとって完璧な宿でした．20時過ぎに到着したにもかかわらず，親切丁寧な対応をして頂き，バスチケッ- トも頂けたので，当日に中心街に行くことが出来ました．傘も快く貸して下さりました．アムステルダム駅（中- 心）へは徒歩で1時間程度です．少し距離があるかとも思いましたが，途中の町並みも美しいのであっという間- でした． |
