I love the hotel because of its location. I have stayed in the double room at the back twice, which is not as noisey, but then you get the early noise from, the staff, using the store room. I stayed in an excutive room on the front. with the twin beds, the matteress was forever falling from its base. the beds were soft and ok for me, but too soft for my partner. The beds are just not practical for couples. The design is modern and nice, but seems as though it needed finishing, just the odd touches. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to reach both from the train station and from the city center. Breakfast was too expensive. |

Simple, functional and clean room The hotel was hard to find; the name "apollo-hotel" is visible only from positions straight in front of the hotel |

location. the hotel is just close to the train central station no disable people access and there is no easy access to lift the suit cases to the reception, nd if your suit case is too heavy it is really annoying after a trip of tree ours. the toilet bowl had stange marks0 |

The Apollo is conveniently located close to the train station and within short walking distance of much of Utrecht My room was a single that faced the street. It was noisy during the night and in the very early morning. Also, the bathroom was very small. The sink was too high and positioned in a location that made it difficult to use. Just getting in and out out the shower required effort. |

Good location near the railway station and old city centre. Comfortable bed. View of the Dom. No lounge or bedroom fridge. Bedroom safe not operational for 2 days. Basic room for the price. Not executive class. |

Please till you dont repair room 601 dont offer it to the people - musty smell is too big and you can see really big place with the musty on the wall close to the bed. It is not only smelly but not healthy to stay and sleep in such a room. Other thing is not good cooperation between morning and evening reception duty - I was waiting 2 nights for a change. Otherwise staff and all other was nice and ok but the price didnt reflect 4* standard at all. |

I liked that it was a short walking distance to the trainstation and city centre, and only 15 minutes walk to the Jaarbeaurs. I stayed for 6 nights and thought this was a 4 star hotel. At least they could have given me a larger room (got a very small single room) and not with the windows to the streets. Was very noisy during the night so I didn't get much sleep. |

The room interior was attractive - stylishly designed/decorated. The room was extremely noisy with busy main street traffic and also being located opposite a market (Noisy workmen building market stalls very early in morning). Wooden floors in hotel room not very practical - noisy! |

service, breakfeast, location. We were given other (less comfortable) rooms than had been booked, but this was solved correctly the next day. the value-for-money ratio is not so good. the rooms we had have been renovated quite poorly for this price level. if you pay € 119,- for a single room plus € 17,- for breakfeast the level should be higher. |
