Friendly supportive staff and central location.

Lift.

The elevator was too small to fit our stroller. Breakfast was incredibly expensive. There was no elevator from the entrance up to the reception.

The center location!

9 euro's a day for wifi ! We live in 2013.

Location. Staff were generally helpful and nice.

On my first night, I was kept awake all night by nearby church bells. Ringing every 15 minutes, plus for longer on the hour. No sleep at all. Was moved to another room for the following night, which was perfect.

Very comfortable bed, and the shower was excellent. A decent, if a little expensive, breakfast and very centrally located - highly recommended.

Very near to the train station and shops, room is spacious.

Toilet door is faulty, can't close. Inconvenient because there are 3 of us in the room.

The location is excellent, the executive room is very comfortable, there is only very moderate noise from the street, the room is kept clean, and the service is friendly. The lounge with coffee machine and internet access is great.

It maybe somewhat overpriced. Internet access in the rooms is clumsy and expensive.

Overpriced breakfast What is wrong with hotels in Utrecht, they charge for internet daily? The heating system sounds like hammering a plastic tube: All night long No minibar-fridge

- room very small + room very cold + not that clean... + very expensive breakfast = very expensive room for what it is... --> won't come back / do not recommend!

It is conveniently placed for the train station. The staff are welcoming.

The rooms do not appear as the do in the photos. There are charges for all extras. It was the most expensive hotel I stayed in over the course of 4 days of travelling around the Netherlands and it was the poorest of all if them. Did not feel like 4-star accommodation.

Great location close to the main station as we were travelling by train. Staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel was spotless. All in all great value for money. A very good hotel at a budget price.

No room service after 20:30

Good location, very convenient being close to Utrecht Centraal train station and within walking distance of many of the main attractions. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Despite specifying a preference for a double bed during the booking process on the Booking.com website, we were initially given a room with twin beds. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that they had no more of that type with a double bed available, and I had to pay extra to upgrade to a different type of room. I do not know if this was the fault of the hotel itself or Booking.com, but it was ultimately a disappointing experience. Room options that are not available should not be offered and sold to customers who are paying a significant amount of money in good faith.

Grat staff, good location close to station and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was a decent size and spotlessly clean

Location, tea and coffee in room

Noisy front room, difficult to access reception with steep stairs and no lift, Dull room, limited TV free channels (no BBC1 or CNN or Al Jazeera English) , expensive breakfast, small towels, no carpets, only one big picture other walls bare.

Good location near the station. Clean rooms, minimalist decor.

the breakfast was very expensive for what you received. coffee should be brought to you at the table.

good location in the centre, close to station, a short walk to Ouda Gracht for a meal in the evening. Simple, clean.

on the verge of being too simple for the cost but paying for location. The room I had was long and thin, a small thing but the tv was I would guess 7 or 8 metres from where you sit on the bed, the remote control couldn't work that far. Need to move the tv guys.

Only location of the hotel

Very old and dirty furniture, very small Bathroom, low water pressure, no parking in front of hotel even to unload your luggage, only one small elevator, and bed mattress was very uncomfortable; rooms not isolated properly can hear chat and steps of surrounding rooms.

Very convenient location, close to train station and short walk into town center.

Extra charges for use of internet and most tv channels.

Excellent location near the train station with access to the entire country.
