Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού, το πλούσιο πρωϊνό, η άμεσα προσβάσιμη αστική συγκοινωνία, το ντιζάϊν του ξενοδοχείου και ότι βρίσκεται σχετικά σε κεντρικό σημείο.

Τα μικρά δωμάτια.Αναγκαστήκαμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο -αυτό που μας είχαν κρατήσει βάσει του booking το οποίο εκτός του ότι ήταν υπερβολικά μικρό βρισκόταν σε έναν όροφο κάτω από το ισόγειο.Άκρως κλειστοφοβικό.Ζητήσαμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο και ευτυχώς υπήρχε ένα στον πρώτο όροφο το οποίο βέβαια το πληρώσαμε κατά 160 € ακριβότερα.

The location is perfect - in the calm clean district of the city, while the center coulb be reached easily by foot, near the main sights: Van Gogh Museum and Heiniken factory. The staff is helpful and nice. The design and cleanness of rooms are at top!

Rooms are pretty small with very small window - I have missed sun light. Absence of wardrobe is also minus.

The rooms sizes in the annexe building were too small as a double bedrooms.

Everything is very new and thus in perfect condition. The location is also very good, not so close to suspicious alleys. Breakfast is very full and lobby very good for relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room although in perfect condition was quite small. There was also quite weak lighting.

Even if the room was not facing on main street it was a lot of noise coming from the road (tram) and also from the corridor. The vent which is located on the outside wall is open all the time and maybe that is the main cause. The same breakfast during our stay and you suppose to pay extra money if you want an omelet. Not enough space on the breakfast room.

Rooms are extremely small!! We booked a standard double room, however our room was so small, even there's no space to open our luggages. We asked for change our room. First they said there's no available room, then they asked to be paid 30€/ night additional to move a bigger room.

Nice staff, I felt being taking care of. It was nice being close to the trams when I needed them, but not when they where not needed - noise. But that is city life :)

The location is excellent. Quiet but easy to get to all major sites through walking, biking or tram. Will give you a great experience of the non touristy side of Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

Rooms are on the small side but as expected.
